Fairfield by Marriott baoding high tech zone

A well-deserved 5-star rating! From the moment we checked in until we left, the experience was exceptional. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the staff proactively upgraded our room and kindly informed us about breakfast. The room was spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the bathroom was clean and odor-free. The breakfast selection was rich and fresh, and the taste was spot-on. The hotel's parking lot is large, the gardens are well-maintained, the environment is serene, and the service is meticulous. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff, Lily, provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the room was spotlessly clean. I'm very happy with my stay and give it a five-star rating! (o^^o)

This is the only Marriott-branded hotel in Baoding, a bit of a distance from the East Station. The lobby's height and area are quite impressive for a Fairfield Inn. When I checked in, the front desk attendant, Mr. Ge Xushi, was very responsive to my needs, and he consistently helped follow up and resolve any issues I encountered during my three-day stay. I'm very grateful to him. The complimentary laundry service was a pleasant surprise and something I've never experienced in any other hotel of this type. I used it for two days, and the cleaning lady would have everything washed for me early in the morning. Definitely a thumbs up!

The hotel was easy to find and the room was spacious. Overall, no major issues, but the attention to detail was severely lacking. The hygiene standards were frankly unacceptable. For a Marriott brand, the cleanliness was worse than some budget chain hotels. The amenities in the bathroom weren't great, especially the comb which was really hard to use. And was I too late for breakfast? There was absolutely nothing left to eat, even the coffee was undrinkable.

Not bad, quite clean with friendly service. Any requests were promptly met, and the response time was quick. It's convenient if you're driving, otherwise, you'll need to take a taxi. Overall, pretty good!
