Vienna Hotel (Baoding Zhili Governor's Office Chengming Building)

The hotel's location is good and the room was acceptable. However, I was assigned a corner room with a slanted wall, which was a bit odd. Next time I stay here, I hope I don't get that room again.

The room is comfortable and clean, and it's close to attractions, making it perfect for a vacation.

This hotel is located in a building with five other hotels. Parking isn't very convenient. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and specifically told me about the current weather conditions and the room temperature. Since the central heating wasn't on yet, they offered a heater if I felt cold. The room was clean and tidy, and the heater was delivered promptly. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was enough to fill up. Nearby attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office are quite close.

The hotel's location is great. Even though it's in a building with many other hotels, it's still very quiet and comfortable. The bed is large, comfortable, and breathable. The breakfast is good with a rich variety of dishes. A nice experience overall.

Stayed for another night and the hotel kindly provided an extra complimentary breakfast after some discussion. The breakfast was quite rich and varied. Upon checkout, I received additional complimentary bottled water and a small gift. The hotel's service attitude is really good. I hope they can improve the facilities and overall environment.

After we decided to visit Baoding for the National Day holiday, I quickly booked our accommodation. After comparing several options, I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance to attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office. I booked it quite far in advance, so the price was really good (it went up later, so glad I snagged it early!). The room was very spacious. When we checked in, I asked about the buffet breakfast and decided to purchase it for both days since the discounted price was reasonable. It turned out to be a really satisfying buffet. We ran out of the complimentary bottled water in the room and could ask the front desk for more, which we did many times. In fact, we even filled up the hotel's provided water bottles with boiled water to take with us when we went out. This hotel definitely deserves a great review!

The carpet was incredibly dirty, and the bathroom had no ventilation. With no air conditioning at this time, it was sweltering hot, and the room had a foul odor. The staff's service was decent, and feedback was handled promptly.

The room was nice and quiet, but the bathroom door leaked a lot during showers. After showering, the entire bathroom was flooded. I hope they can improve this!
