MM354525****This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the room decor was warm and comfortable. The facilities were complete and worked perfectly. I especially want to commend Shi Yi Yi Leng for their warm and attentive service. Check-in was efficient, and any requests were met with prompt responses and patient answers. Their constant smiling service made us feel incredibly welcome. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

As I'm from Germany and don't have a Chinese phone, I couldn't get online. The staff went above and beyond, helping me set up internet access on my phone. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast free of charge!
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and came with a super comfortable large bed.
I traveled from Germany to Jinan for surgery, and being able to return to the hotel for a good rest after my operation was a huge relief!
Today, at check-out, they even gave me a lovely pastry as a farewell gift!
Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality! I hope to have the opportunity to visit Jinan again and stay at your hotel once more!

The New Chinese-style design is elegant and classic, with every detail showcasing Jinan's 'Spring City' culture. The rooms are fully equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom features a separate wet and dry area. The service is warm and professional; the front desk staff patiently recommended local attractions and even gifted us boat tickets. Sipping tea while admiring the lake and strolling through the gardens provides an immersive experience of Jinan's charm.

GGuest UserAn amazing courtyard guesthouse! It's located in Jinan's Qifang Alley, a cultural and tourism district newly named after the Mingfu City renovation. It boasts the ancient charm of Jinan's old city lanes and traditional alley culture, and is incredibly close to Furong Street, Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, and Wulongtan. The old city of Springs has a strong atmosphere of local life and rich cultural heritage, yet the facilities are all very modern. The experience was fantastic! The courtyard is also great for photos. Nearby, there's Guihe and two other excellent malls whose names I can't recall. You can even explore the old town on a shared bike and come back for a midday nap – couldn't be more satisfied! It perfectly met my expectations for travel amenities in a provincial capital. Actually, I really wanted to stay in another unit, the starlit double-story loft. It would be great for two adults and two children – but it gets booked up fast!

JJingangchaohuaiThe location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Beiyuan Station on Metro Line 2, just a few minutes' walk to Daming Lake, and super convenient for visiting Baotu Spring and Kuanhouli. The hotel is brand new, the lobby feels very high-end, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and fully equipped with smart features. The bedding is soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep, and the bathroom is clean with no strange odors and excellent, stable hot water. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient with check-in, even offering helpful local tips. The breakfast spread is rich, including Jinan specialties like Tianmo and Youxuan, making it incredibly good value for money. Plus, there's free parking and charging stations. It's the top choice for both business and leisure travel – I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jinan!

QQiyunbufanThe environment is clean and tidy, and they even offer complimentary fruit every day. The location is excellent, right by the city moat. It's about a 10-minute walk north along the river to Daming Lake, and a 6-minute walk south to Black Tiger Spring, Jiefang Pavilion, and Kuanhouli. The commercial street is just to the west. The breakfast selection is quite varied. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

MM295577****This hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.

Hhector51880667Honestly, I wasn't expecting much out of this hotel. It was just somewhere to sleep for the night. I'm only writing this review because the young lady at the front counter named Ada went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were as comfortable as possible. She upgraded us to a bigger room with a humongous bed (bigger than king size) and gave us a bowl of fruit as a gift. That, combined with the quick and timely shuttle to the airport in the morning, made this stay at Holiday Inn Express an excellent one. Would definitely stay again. 💯
