Jinan Hotels with Pools

Arrived in Jinan at 11 AM and was able to check in early without a hitch. The room was spacious and super comfortable. The bedding was so cozy that I ended up having the most restful two-hour nap of the year in the afternoon! Woke up just in time to walk over to the Olympic Sports Center Stadium. Breakfast the next morning was good too, and they even provided a takeaway box for my child who wasn't up yet. All in all, everything was very satisfactory.

Just drove back to Beijing and I'm determined to write a genuine, unsolicited review.🌹 We checked in on May 3rd and checked out on May 4th. We booked a one-bedroom suite with executive lounge access. Since I'm an IHG member, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room, which made our stay even more comfortable, as we were two adults with two children. We checked in at 3 PM and headed straight to the Executive Lounge for afternoon tea. I must praise the Executive Lounge here – it was very professional, attentive, and high-quality. They offered two sweet treats, one savory item, plus cookies, nuts, coffee, and soft drinks. It was excellent! The selection might have been small, but everything was delicious. Afterwards, we went for a swim. The pool temperature felt even warmer than advertised, which was a pleasant surprise. The evening happy hour was also good; while there weren't many dishes, it was enough to fill us up 😄. What really touched me was when my child got sick and threw up on the bedsheets after drinking milk late at night. I called guest services to change the sheets, and the staff member was incredibly proactive in asking if my child was feeling unwell. That level of concern was truly moving. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. Breakfast the next morning was also abundant and delicious 👏. This hotel was the most comfortable and best one we stayed at during this trip to Jinan. Its refinement and quality shine through in the details. Clean, tidy, thoughtful, and professional – it's the first hotel that I've felt was actually better than what the photos and videos show 😊. This dedication to hospitality is truly impressive, and this is the longest review I've written in my 20 years with Trip.com. I hope the hotel continues to uphold its quality and gets even better. ❤️

I initially chose this hotel for its downtown location, as it's a convenient 29-minute walk to tourist attractions, making shopping and dining easily accessible. After checking in, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, including a welcome fruit platter, local pastries, and drinks. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. It was also a nice surprise to have food deliveries brought directly to my room by a robot, which added a cool tech touch. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me bottled water and 'wife cakes' for my journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel 😊.

This is the third time I have been to Zhujiayu. This time I chose Tanjing Courtyard, which was very good. First of all, the yard is very fun and children especially like it. Secondly, the stewed chicken at the farmhouse my aunt contacted was particularly delicious. Finally, the boss was also very enthusiastic. However, I still want to make some suggestions, not because I feel bad, but because I want to encourage the boss to do better. Suggestion 1: If there is a smelly sister in the room in autumn, it is recommended to apply medicine in advance. Suggestion 2: The breakfast is too simple, and even the old man will not be full at all. Suggestion 3: It would be better if there are toys for children. The fragrance of osmanthus in the golden autumn leaves good memories in Tanjing Courtyard. I will continue to choose here next time.

This is an older hotel, originally a Sofitel, and it offers incredible value for money. Even though the facilities are a bit old, they're still in good shape. The hotel's location is excellent too, with Ginza downstairs. It's a 5-minute walk to Black Tiger Spring and Kuanhouli, 10 minutes to Furong Street, and 20 minutes to Baotu Spring. The soft services at these established hotels are incomparable to newer ones; the staff are very attentive, and the elevators are super fast. This is my second stay at the Yihao.

The room was spacious and clean, with an excellent ventilation system. The bedding was elegant and comfortable, and the bathtub was spotless. The amenities provided were high-quality. Outside the window, the scenery was beautiful, surrounded by mountains, allowing for a wonderfully peaceful sleep. Breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of delicious, crispy baked pastries. These, paired with perfectly seasoned fish and ham, were fantastic. I also enjoyed a bowl of oatmeal with various nuts and dried fruits; all the ingredients were fresh and tasted great. Dinner was even better! My 6'3” son (a big eater!) piled his plate high, and the servers were incredibly attentive, constantly clearing dishes without a single complaint. Truly the service quality you'd expect from a Hilton – thumbs up! 👍

Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy.

The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. This old-school hotel really maintains its quality! They even had little emotional value cards in the mineral water section – the service really goes above and beyond these days! My package included an afternoon tea, but since my schedule didn't allow for it, the front desk very kindly changed it to breakfast for the next day. The handmade steamed buns at breakfast were especially delicious! The pancakes were also quite unique. Overall, a great stay!

I visited Jinan for a short weekend trip and this is my second time staying at the Kempinski with my family. The hotel is located in the eastern part of Jinan and is currently the city's tallest hotel, with the lobby on the 52nd floor and guest rooms generally starting from the 66th floor and above. It's about four to five kilometers from the Olympic Sports Center and Sam's Club. The standard rooms are spacious and quite large, making them excellent value for money.

The hotel was clean, in a great location, and the service was warm and welcoming. Our two-day weekend trip was delightful, with beautiful scenery and a constant stream of performances. Although there was a minor hiccup, our trip manager, Xiao Gao, handled it promptly, and the person in charge followed up throughout, resolving the issue smoothly – that was the most heartwarming part of the trip. While the scenic area is beautiful, occasional unexpected situations are inevitable. The management team's conscientiousness and responsibility demonstrated their strong ability to handle any unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a perfect vacation. Mingshui Ancient Town is truly a great place to relax on the weekend! (Rarely reviewed)
