Jinan Hotels with Pools

The hotel staff were excellent, and everyone was very polite. The room was quite clean, with no obvious stains in the common areas. The overall environment was decent. While dining options nearby were limited, a major plus was the subway entrance being practically inside the hotel. The facilities were mostly complete, but the signage from the main building to the fitness center was unclear. Since it was raining that day, I had to walk outside to get there, which was quite cold.

The location is excellent, right next to the main street, and the hotel itself is very impressive. Free parking, including an underground garage, is a huge plus. The service was great; we needed extra blankets, iodine, and slippers, and the staff promptly brought them to our room. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

What a wonderful homestay hotel, one of the favourites we have stayed in for a long while. The village is small and charming, very peaceful and relaxing to stay in. You can hear the sounds of the birds all day. One advantage of staying at least a night is you can get up earlier and hike to the top of the pagoda and see the birds. The courtyard hotel is beautiful and run extremely well by a lovely family who provided wonderful hospitality and made some delicious food. I'd certainly recommend staying in this hotel and I hope to return again in the future.

An old-school five-star hotel with top-notch service! The management is excellent, and the staff are incredibly attentive and warm. A special shout-out to Manager Dong Jiafeng, who promptly adjusted our room type to perfectly suit our needs – it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. At the revolving restaurant, Liu Dandan thoughtfully remembered our preferences, and her meticulous service deeply impressed us. The lovely lady from housekeeping on the 40th floor, who worked during the day from April 29th to May 5th, provided thoughtful service even when she was very busy. And the handsome young man from concierge (mostly the tall guy with glasses) was so patient and helpful with managing our deliveries, always with a warm smile. Every little detail made us feel right at home. Although the facilities aren't brand new and the elevators were undergoing renovations during the busy holiday period, the service quality was absolutely uncompromised – truly fantastic!

I have to commend the hotel's switchboard operator! The call was answered quickly, the voice was gentle and polite, and transfers to rooms and departments were efficient and seamless. Queries were handled patiently and thoroughly, responses were prompt, and the entire process was professional and proper. Just one phone call was enough to experience Hilton's high-quality service – an excellent experience. They are always ready to help. The hotel scenery is fantastic, definitely worth staying.

Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are big enough, and there are gifts and game areas for children at the front desk, which are very good. Adults can also play. Except that the geographical location is not close to the scenic spot, there are no disadvantages.

The hotel is located in the old town, making it very convenient for getting around. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and the quality is good. They also have an evening buffet which is very affordable. The pool facilities are excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out.

The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – I love soft mattresses, so I slept really well! The high-floor view was also very relaxing. I stayed for two nights and took the opportunity to try the hotel's dining options. The Eggs Benedict were excellent, and the cocktails were good too. The steakhouse on the first floor offers a great 15% discount for hotel guests, making it fantastic value for money. I ordered my steak medium-well, and the doneness was perfect (though it would be even better if they could expand their side dish and wine menu). The pool, while not huge, has complete and clean facilities, including a sauna. Although the hotel is a bit far from the old town, this also means it's very quiet. The concierge service was prompt and responsive. It's an ideal hotel for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean, in a great location, and the service was warm and welcoming. Our two-day weekend trip was delightful, with beautiful scenery and a constant stream of performances. Although there was a minor hiccup, our trip manager, Xiao Gao, handled it promptly, and the person in charge followed up throughout, resolving the issue smoothly – that was the most heartwarming part of the trip. While the scenic area is beautiful, occasional unexpected situations are inevitable. The management team's conscientiousness and responsibility demonstrated their strong ability to handle any unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a perfect vacation.
