The view is fantastic, and the guy at the front desk was really welcoming and helpful! The location is great, very close to IKEA, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. It's perfect if you're driving, and parking is super convenient. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! Even though the lobby isn't on the first floor, the staff at the entrance were great and helped with our luggage.

This hotel has the classic charm and grand atmosphere of an older establishment. While it's been around for a while, it's very well-maintained. The only minor drawback was the small TV. The room was very quiet, and as a non-smoking room, there was no lingering smell. It's very close to the Olympic Stadium but a bit further from the gymnasium, about a ten-minute walk. It's also conveniently located near Metro Line 3, which offers a direct connection to Jinan East High-Speed Rail Station. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything, especially since I was there to see Jordan Chan's concert.

The location is excellent, right next to the main street, and the hotel itself is very impressive. Free parking, including an underground garage, is a huge plus. The service was great; we needed extra blankets, iodine, and slippers, and the staff promptly brought them to our room. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

This is the third time I have been to Zhujiayu. This time I chose Tanjing Courtyard, which was very good. First of all, the yard is very fun and children especially like it. Secondly, the stewed chicken at the farmhouse my aunt contacted was particularly delicious. Finally, the boss was also very enthusiastic. However, I still want to make some suggestions, not because I feel bad, but because I want to encourage the boss to do better. Suggestion 1: If there is a smelly sister in the room in autumn, it is recommended to apply medicine in advance. Suggestion 2: The breakfast is too simple, and even the old man will not be full at all. Suggestion 3: It would be better if there are toys for children. The fragrance of osmanthus in the golden autumn leaves good memories in Tanjing Courtyard. I will continue to choose here next time.

This hotel was exceptionally good, far exceeding my expectations. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and all the facilities were well-maintained. Annie was incredibly warm and friendly, always responsive to our needs. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay and were extremely satisfied overall. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are big enough, and there are gifts and game areas for children at the front desk, which are very good. Adults can also play. Except that the geographical location is not close to the scenic spot, there are no disadvantages.

The transportation around the hotel is also very convenient, making it a good choice for business trips. The quality of the amenities was also excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon with my luggage and needed to check in. I also asked about the executive lounge's opening hours, laundry service, and directions for the next day. Rebecca patiently listened to all my questions, explained each one in detail, and even proactively reminded me about the breakfast times. At one point, my room key wasn't working, but after I reported it, someone came immediately to help, responding quickly and resolving the issue efficiently. The service wasn't overly enthusiastic to the point of making me uncomfortable; the balance was just perfect. It was the front office's thoughtful and attentive service that made the entire check-in process smooth and comfortable, adding a lot of warmth to my trip. I'll definitely choose this hotel first next time I'm in the area.

The hotel was clean, in a great location, and the service was warm and welcoming. Our two-day weekend trip was delightful, with beautiful scenery and a constant stream of performances. Although there was a minor hiccup, our trip manager, Xiao Gao, handled it promptly, and the person in charge followed up throughout, resolving the issue smoothly – that was the most heartwarming part of the trip. While the scenic area is beautiful, occasional unexpected situations are inevitable. The management team's conscientiousness and responsibility demonstrated their strong ability to handle any unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a perfect vacation.
