As a foreigner on a solo business trip to China, when my phone couldn't connect to the local network, it meant I had no way to pay for anything. I couldn't buy food, couldn't get around, and was completely cut off from the outside world. I was filled with a sense of helplessness being alone in a foreign land. Upon hearing this, the hotel staff immediately contacted a nearby China Unicom service center where I could get a SIM card using my passport. The next morning, Ms. Chu Yi from the front desk, concerned about my language barrier and difficulty getting around, proactively offered to accompany me to the service center to help with the procedures. The moment my phone successfully connected to the network, what I felt was not just the restoration of a signal, but a profound sense of relief. This warmth continued throughout my entire stay: the housekeeping staff thoughtfully prepared a power adapter in my room; the restaurant staff enthusiastically recommended delicious and agreeable dishes during my meals. From Chu Yi's exceptional initiative at the front desk to the meticulous and warm service from housekeeping and the restaurant, your actions perfectly embodied the meaning of ”a home away from home.” This transcends nationality—it's all about heartfelt care. Jinan is a warm city, but Atour is even warmer. On all my future business trips to China, I will definitely choose to stay at Atour. I wish Atour and the wonderful Ms. Chu Yi all the best

GGuest UserEnvironment: It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Laotun subway station, which is very convenient. Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently. I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of. Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all. When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰 Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great. Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great. When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳 I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

GGuest UserHuge thanks to the hotel staff for their warm hospitality! They made my stay incredibly convenient. As I'm from Germany and don't have a Chinese phone, I couldn't get online. The staff went above and beyond, helping me set up internet access on my phone. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast free of charge! The hotel room was spacious, clean, and came with a super comfortable large bed. I traveled from Germany to Jinan for surgery, and being able to return to the hotel for a good rest after my operation was a huge relief! Today, at check-out, they even gave me a lovely pastry as a farewell gift! Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality! I hope to have the opportunity to visit Jinan again and stay at your hotel once more!

LLaishichunzhishuangxuerongThis is probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It's located on a high floor, around the 10th-19th story, and has a large open-plan layout. The floors are clean and tidy, and the living room has fitness equipment. There's also a very spacious reading room (about the size of a classroom, where they show movies at night). The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of Daming Lake and Daming Lake Railway Station. To the west of the reading room is an observation deck, looking down onto the bustling Beiyuan Viaduct, but the soundproofing is excellent; once the door is closed, you hear nothing. The bunk beds are wooden and very spacious, equipped with a small table and air conditioning. The upper bunk has a small staircase instead of a ladder, making it easy to climb up and down. Each person gets a lockable locker, so your belongings are safe. The restrooms are larger communal facilities with multiple stalls, so there's no waiting. Additionally, there's a dedicated luggage room for storage. The hostel is staffed during the day, but the front desk might be unstaffed late at night. The owner is incredibly friendly and provides excellent food recommendations and travel tips. Jinan's subway isn't very convenient for travel, but the bus system is very well-developed. Right below the hostel is the Beiyuan Viaduct, with BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) and many regular bus routes. Beiyuan Metro Station is only about 500 meters walk from the hostel. If you're going to Daming Lake, there's a small path that goes under the Jiaoji Railway, leading directly to the north gate of Daming Lake. To get to Shandong Museum, you can take BRT 6. However, it can be a bit dark at night; during the day, it's recommended to take a bus from the Beiyuan Viaduct side to the main gate of Daming Lake. The owner is super enthusiastic. I had originally booked a K-train departing from Daming Lake Railway Station at 1 AM the next day, and the owner readily approved my request to stay in the reading room until early morning, providing heating and allowing luggage storage. In the end, due to a change in plans, I rebooked my train to depart from Jinan Station and didn't return. In short, I highly recommend this hostel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jinan if it's convenient!

AAnonymous UserFirst time searching for this hotel can be a challenge because the lobby is located on the 19th floor. On the first floor, it looks like any normal apartment. Once you get past the first floor shock, what you get is almost full hotel vibes. The ”soft water” that they provided makes your skin feels smooth too.

Disadvantages First, it is very, very soundproof! No soundproof! There was an online interview in the room next to us (don't ask me why I know, I heard it), and I could hear the speeches of other people in the computer clearly. How to say it, it was as if we were in the same room, and the wall in the middle was like a layer of paper. There was a lot of traffic in the morning, and I was woken up very early. Second, the names of two other hotels were written on the bathroom towels and pillows. These two hotels are not chains or Licheng Jundun. I am skeptical about whether the source of the hotel facilities is clean.

YYibuluoThere are so few parking spaces that when you arrive at the store, you are told that there are no parking spaces. The surrounding paid parking lots are 4 yuan/hour all day long. The marked parking spaces on the roadside are always full. You need to find a way to park by yourself, which brings a lot of inconvenience. Before 7 o'clock in the morning, there were trucks loading and unloading goods downstairs in the room. There was a lot of movement and people, forcing you to get up early.
