GGuest UserI had a great stay at the hotel. It's right next to a shopping mall, so dining and entertainment were incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, with new facilities, and very comfortable, even featuring a bathtub. The executive lounge on the 36th floor had a lovely ambiance, perfect for taking photos, and the afternoon tea selection was generous. A major plus is the bus terminal within walking distance, offering direct access to Daming Lake, along with plenty of restaurants and small convenience stores nearby. Lorna, the guest relations manager, even followed up with a call to check on my experience, which was a nice touch. For food deliveries, you can just input your room number and a robot delivers it directly. I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. I'd definitely come back again if I get the chance.

GGuest UserJinan is always our last stop to rest on our drive back to Beijing. We've stayed at the Intercontinental and Kempinski before, but this time we chose the Crowne Plaza because it's newly opened and not far from the highway. Although the surrounding area is still under development, the amenities are decent, and it's very convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. We took the kids to eat sour fish soup and visited the science museum (which is much better than the China Science and Technology Museum in Beijing). The hotel's hardware is also satisfactory. The only minor drawback was that the smart toilet in our suite didn't come with a remote control, and the front desk didn't respond immediately when I called. Thankfully, Front Office Manager Wang Na (Elena) proactively apologized and provided a reasonable explanation when we checked out. All in all, despite this minor flaw, the hotel offers good value for money.

GGuest UserWe moved rooms twice but we did not get a perfect room. The rooms smell like cigarettes even when we requested for a non smoking room. The bathtub is clogged and won’t drain. The staff seemed bothered when we asked for help. I know it is hard to accommodate English-speaking travelers, we used translator apps to communicate, but their faces seemed annoyed at us. Though, the breakfast buffet is great. Will not be back.

GGuest UserClean modern hotel, large size room, breakfast reasonable, but all of this is meaningless when the room was like an oven and the air con not only didn’t work, but the cold setting kept automatically jumping back up to 25 degrees and actually warming the room.
The main purpose of booking a hotel is somewhere to sleep for the night, and when it is way too hot too sleep, then that is a major drawback!

GGuest UserIt is a wise choice to avoid tourist attractions and choose a hotel for leisure and vacation during the May Day holiday. Take a walk in the hotel, watch the lake, ride a bike, play ball, swim, sleep until you wake up naturally, stare at the beach, camp on the grass, all of these can be achieved in Weisheng. The service is great, the rooms are great, the food is great, everything is great!

GGuest UserOn the day of arrival, the staff proactively called to inquire about my check-in needs, which I really appreciated. This level of service is definitely befitting of a five-star hotel! Everything went smoothly during check-in; both the front desk and breakfast service were excellent 👍. They even arranged a north-facing room for me, and the view was quite good!

GGuest UserMe and my boyfriend stayed here in July 2025. The hotel is great, the room was clean and nice. Had all necessary amenities, bed was comfy, we both don’t smoke so non-smoking room smelled great for us. The service was pretty good too, even though stuff did not speak much English, they were helping and friendly. The only sad thing was, the room didn’t have mini fridge, so we needed to go downstairs to put stuff in the cafeteria fridge, it wasn’t very convenient. But the rest was a 5 star experience. Highly recommend
