"It’s hot and the object doesn’t know where to go to play. I saw this scenic spot. It’s a two-day and one-night itinerary. We drove from Jinan. It’s very convenient. The parking lot is large and there are charging piles. We are new energy vehicles. Don’t worry about the renewal problem. The service is super good. This is the service we have lived in. The best hotel in the service is also very fast. Everyone gives 10 Tongbao. There is a special person to guide to the door of the room. There is a special area. Fruits, tea, ice cream, coffee, snacks are all eaten casually. There is also a laundry room and a dryer. It is very convenient. The room is very clean. The aroma hair dryer is also a brand. If you are tired, you can go upstairs to rest. At night, there are special people who send pastries and fruits (this is what we didn’t expect). The scenic spot is very fun. It’s not a problem to play for two days. There are also many programs. My target does not like to come out to play. This trip let us play very well. The heart experience was directly full. At first, I thought that breakfast was self-service. I gave a cartoon breakfast. I can go to the morning market and choose to go downstairs. I still have a special person to guide me. I ate beef noodles and soy milk, meat sandwiches, and buns. Everything was delicious and appetizing. There was time after breakfast. Take a rest. Continue to play at 11 o'clock. "Came to Jinan with friends and decided to try this hotel out, as it had pretty good reviews online. Even though we only stayed for one night, we had a really great service experience. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning was also excellent; Jinan's weather can be quite stuffy, but we didn't feel any heat in the room at all, just a comfortable, cool breeze. Breakfast offered a rich variety, a mix of Chinese and Western options, with many Chinese pastries, and drinks like soy milk were included. You could even get noodles made fresh. The service was great – we left something behind in the room, and guest relations manager Lorna promptly contacted us and helped us find it. She was very responsible. I'd definitely come back to stay here again if I get the chance."

"It was my first time visiting Zhangqiu. I chose the Manxin Hotel. It truly exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and they upgraded us to a room with a view. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel has a self-service laundry room and a fitness room. They also have their own small garden, outdoor barbecues, singing performances, and a bonfire and fireworks show. Unfortunately, it rained and I didn't get to see them. I'll definitely go back next time."

"Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy."

"Both the hotel and Minghui Ancient Town are absolutely stunning! We booked two nights over the Qingming Festival and spent three days thoroughly exploring the ancient town and enjoying the hotel. I really loved the hotel's facilities and style. Our room overlooked a beautiful garden at the entrance of the ancient town, which was gorgeous. It was so relaxing to sip tea and enjoy the view from the window-side tatami, though I do wish there was a balcony. The hotel service was exceptional! All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. The hotel has its own exclusive entrance for boat tours, which was very convenient. We took the boat both mornings, but it's a shame it only covers the outer half of the ancient town. The hotel also has a private viewing area for the evening performance, with shuttle service directly there. Unfortunately, there were too few seats, so we had to stand, which led to obstructed views and some arguments among guests. Minghui Ancient Town is breathtaking – every single spot is beautiful! The spring water goes without saying, but what truly stands out is the exquisite design and high level of interactivity. It took us three full days to take in every detail and participate in just a few activities. I highly recommend not only walking within the ancient town but also going up onto the city wall and walking around it – it offers a different, equally beautiful perspective! We will definitely be back again!"

"I have traveled to many places and stayed in very good hotels, all of which were booked on Ctrip. I feel that the front desk of each hotel is very professional. However, this time when I came to Jinan, the lady at the front desk of Yingjia Ancient City Hotel was very unprofessional. We checked in on the evening of January 31st and booked a two-night stay. The scenic spot tickets provided by the hotel originally allowed multiple entries and exits. However, the front desk reminded us that if we entered the scenic spot the next day, we could not enter the scenic spot again after 12 o'clock, because there was a spring show in the scenic spot at 7:30 in the evening. We originally wanted to go back to the hotel to rest in the morning after the tour and then go into the scenic spot to see the spring show. As a result, after listening to what the front desk said, we stayed in the scenic spot until 6 o'clock after the tour. We were sleepy and tired, and the hot water we brought was finished, so we went to ask the security guard of the scenic spot. He said that guests who continued to stay were not subject to the 12 o'clock restriction. At this time, we returned to the hotel, but we couldn't see the spring show after going back and forth. Another disappointment was the hot water in the room for showering. It was not hot at all, just a little warm, and the water pressure was super low. We were on the first floor, and the water in the hotel had no water pressure at all and it just trickled out slowly. I usually took five minutes to take a shower at home, but it took twenty minutes in this hotel. I gave feedback to the customer service, and they said there were too many guests and it would be better after 10:30, but it didn't change until 11:00. I wanted to wash my hair in the morning, but it was impossible to wash it clean."

Breakfast from 7am to 10am foods was ok, but some items were limited and not refilled, and no coffee provided. This hotel only has one lift, smoking are allowed in the lift made it very bad odour , too many deliveryman using this lift delivering food to the rooms, making the hotel no privacy, the room cleaning lady was very helpful and friendly. On the 3rd night at 1. 40am , all the lights in the room suddenly turned on, waking us up from sleeping , what an interesting experience for the stayed"
