A pleasant surprise was how close it was to Lao She's former residence. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a fresh spring water smell. For breakfast, there was a great variety of dishes, including fruits and cakes, and everything tasted delicious. The bed was very comfortable and soft. Overall, it was an excellent stay."

Our room was spotless, spacious, and bright with excellent natural light. Overall, the comfort level was top-notch, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"Came to Jinan for Children's Day and stayed at Shangri-La. The location is very convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit, and there are many restaurants nearby. The restaurant recommended by the front desk was indeed excellent. The hotel's breakfast buffet wasn't lavish, but the quality was decent. The room's cleanliness and air quality were good; the carpet was a bit old but appeared clean. However, the accompanying 'SPA' wasn't up to par and shouldn't even be called a SPA. Overall, our trip to Jinan was pleasant."

"Pros: Very close to Jinan Sports Center and Stadium, just across the road. However, you need to arrive 30-40 minutes early for ticket checks and to buy drinks inside the venue. Even though the decor is a bit dated, it's an old five-star hotel, so the quality is still guaranteed. The rooms are spacious enough, and the service is very attentive. Cons: I wish there were more robots for food and delivery! There are too few robots, so it's usually better to go downstairs and pick up orders like bubble tea yourself."

"I had a great stay at the hotel. It's right next to a shopping mall, so dining and entertainment were incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, with new facilities, and very comfortable, even featuring a bathtub. The executive lounge on the 36th floor had a lovely ambiance, perfect for taking photos, and the afternoon tea selection was generous. A major plus is the bus terminal within walking distance, offering direct access to Daming Lake, along with plenty of restaurants and small convenience stores nearby. Lorna, the guest relations manager, even followed up with a call to check on my experience, which was a nice touch. For food deliveries, you can just input your room number and a robot delivers it directly. I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. I'd definitely come back again if I get the chance."

"It was my first time visiting Zhangqiu. I chose the Manxin Hotel. It truly exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and they upgraded us to a room with a view. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel has a self-service laundry room and a fitness room. They also have their own small garden, outdoor barbecues, singing performances, and a bonfire and fireworks show. Unfortunately, it rained and I didn't get to see them. I'll definitely go back next time."

"The second time I came to Xueye Lake, with the elderly and children, I still stayed at this hotel with peace of mind. Although the facilities and decoration have been around for a long time, my mother said that she likes this. And there is absolutely no formaldehyde, it is relatively clean and tidy, and it enjoys a view of the mountain and lake. When booking the room, please note the elevator. It is also very convenient for the elderly. It is recommended to have another wheelchair 🦽 It may not be used during the peak period. The staff in the lobby had a good attitude and allowed us to camp 🏕️, solving the problem of wanting to live well for the elderly and children, and young people can play. The only downside is that the air conditioner heating doesn't seem to work well. I am used to it. Just bring your own heating equipment when you go out."

"Clean and sanitary, free fruit, complete hotel facilities, it is really pleasant to come here to relax during the May Day holiday when there are people everywhere. If you choose a two-night package, you can also get a buffet lunch and dinner for two people, bike riding and boat rides, which really meets all the activities you want to play. The key is that the hotel staff are very polite and courteous, nodding and smiling when they see each other. In the past few days, several leaders have also interacted with customers in the lobby. The service and details are in place. There are tissues and hand sanitizers next to each elevator. It is really friendly for bringing children to play, and free Priss mineral water is prepared near the elevator on each floor. It's so warm. Highly recommended to bring children to play."

"The hotel is quite new, located in the business district, and is the most prominent building around. The rooms are clean, but there were some minor issues with the facilities. The power would inexplicably cut out completely in the room, and the light switches were inconvenient to use. The room felt a bit cramped and oppressive, which made my stay less comfortable. The service was also just average. I do want to commend the hotel's Chinese restaurant though – the portions were generous and the food was delicious. Breakfast, however, was nothing special and I wouldn't recommend it."
