Hotels in Jinan West Railway Station/Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center, Jinan

Came to Jinan with a friend and decided on this hotel. The overall atmosphere is quiet and cozy, not noisy at all. The room gets great natural light, and the interior is simple yet stylish, with attention to detail evident throughout. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes homemade and delicious. The service is also excellent; they respond promptly to any requests. The location is superb, making it very convenient to rest at the hotel after sightseeing.

There are many hotels clustered around Jinan West Railway Station, but this one is over 700 meters away, which is a bit too far to walk and not worth taking a taxi. Getting a taxi can also be inconvenient because the entrance to the hotel is often hard for drivers to find, though I acknowledge this is a road design issue, not the hotel's fault. The hotel's laundry room only has two household washing machines: one can only wash and spin, and the other can wash, spin, and dry. This means you'll almost certainly have to wait to do laundry. Plus, the dryer runs for an hour and clothes still come out wet. I definitely won't be staying at this hotel again. There's also nothing to eat downstairs, so I had to go to Tianjie Shopping Center, 1.9 km away, every time I wanted to find food, which was a hassle.

Just drove back to Beijing and I'm determined to write a genuine, unsolicited review.🌹 We checked in on May 3rd and checked out on May 4th. We booked a one-bedroom suite with executive lounge access. Since I'm an IHG member, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room, which made our stay even more comfortable, as we were two adults with two children. We checked in at 3 PM and headed straight to the Executive Lounge for afternoon tea. I must praise the Executive Lounge here – it was very professional, attentive, and high-quality. They offered two sweet treats, one savory item, plus cookies, nuts, coffee, and soft drinks. It was excellent! The selection might have been small, but everything was delicious. Afterwards, we went for a swim. The pool temperature felt even warmer than advertised, which was a pleasant surprise. The evening happy hour was also good; while there weren't many dishes, it was enough to fill us up 😄. What really touched me was when my child got sick and threw up on the bedsheets after drinking milk late at night. I called guest services to change the sheets, and the staff member was incredibly proactive in asking if my child was feeling unwell. That level of concern was truly moving. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. Breakfast the next morning was also abundant and delicious 👏. This hotel was the most comfortable and best one we stayed at during this trip to Jinan. Its refinement and quality shine through in the details. Clean, tidy, thoughtful, and professional – it's the first hotel that I've felt was actually better than what the photos and videos show 😊. This dedication to hospitality is truly impressive, and this is the longest review I've written in my 20 years with Trip.com. I hope the hotel continues to uphold its quality and gets even better. ❤️

A less-than-ideal stay. They insisted on calling it a hotel when it was clearly an apartment, and it took us half an hour to find a sign amidst a pile of delivery and takeout orders that said check-in was at the hotel next door. We only found it after being directed by a hotel staff member. Other aspects were acceptable; let's give them some face. Note that it's an apartment, not a hotel.

Had a great stay. The location is easy to find, and the Impression Jinan shops nearby offer a truly authentic local experience. The room was clean and comfortable. It's not far from the attractions, and getting around by taxi or subway is very convenient. The service was excellent. Guest Relations Manager Lorna is very warm and thoughtful; she always arranges the room perfectly for us whenever we visit. They even promptly contacted me and mailed back an item I left behind in the room. It's really great. Jinan is a city where the bustling areas and the local, down-to-earth vibes are quite distinctly separated, with a strong sense of local life. Most importantly, the prices are very reasonable, with no obvious premium, which is fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel is super convenient for business trips, very close to Jinan West Station, so you can catch your high-speed train quickly. The breakfast is abundant, and Bella at the front desk provided excellent service. The room was clean and tidy.

1. I absolutely love the huge projector screen – it's amazing! You should come and watch Luo Yunxi as Tang Lichen in 'Shui Long Yin' with me! 🥰🥰 2. The environment is really good, and the room is spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by the large projector screen, and the bay window is a nice touch. Being on a high floor means it's not too noisy; I wasn't really bothered by the traffic below. 3. The bed was clean, but there was no hand soap or shower gel. Luckily, I brought my own soap, so it wasn't a big issue. 4. It's quite close to the high-speed train station, but it was still a bit of a walk. 5. The worst part was that one of the two complimentary water bottles had already been opened, and it wasn't replaced when the room was cleaned. That's really unacceptable. 😤 6. Despite that, I was still very satisfied with this stay. It was genuinely good. I don't think hotels should be nitpicked for being absolutely spotless; as long as the general cleanliness is fine, that's what matters. However, hotels really do need to pay attention to hygiene. A few minor flaws, but nothing that would deter me from coming back again.

Excellent stay! The hotel is very modern and clean. The location next to the West Railway Station is incredibly convenient. The staff were helpful and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended for travelers.

The hotel environment far exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, and the bathroom, shower, and vanity were all separate. The central air conditioning was incredibly powerful, keeping the room at a very comfortable temperature. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of hot, cold, sweet, and savory dishes, including plenty of local specialties that both kids and adults loved. The hotel even combined the beds for us in advance, and the front desk offered warm bottled water, which was a very thoughtful touch given the cold weather. It's definitely the top choice for family trips!
