GGuest UserBefore check-in, I received a warm welcome call asking about my arrival time and room preferences. They were very accommodating with my requests for a high floor and a quiet, non-smoking room. The check-in process was quick upon arrival, and they even offered delicious tea. Breakfast was a buffet, so everyone could choose what they liked – very satisfied!

LLvdounanbeiThe breakfast service was excellent, and the congee station was a real highlight. I loved the hotel's 'cheese-like' design; it reminded me of a dormitory I lived in during university – which was also a former hotel converted into student housing, and coincidentally, also located next to a university. This hotel is right by a university too. Overall, everything met my expectations, highly recommend. Picture 3 shows a comparison of the view from my 'cheese-wedge' room at that old dorm – my university was in the Northeast, so many memories flooding back! 😆

SShandongwoerwoThe room was clean and tidy, but the TV was awful. The pool must have been rented out because it was so dirty. There were no regular channels, just infomercials. I've never seen anything like it! If they don't improve their management, they'll definitely go out of business! The price was around 400 yuan, which is cheap, but the service needs a lot of improvement.

NNatasha...This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

DDanil_FilippovA brilliant place. I didn’t expect such a great place for that price. It was my first time in China and I immediately ended up in such a fantastic hostel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were always on hand to help. They even invited me to have dinner with them. They organise regular social events to bring the guests together. The hostel is very good and they’re always trying to improve the living conditions. There’s a huge common room with a cinema, a bar, a large work table, sofas and even a selection of different costumes. The view of the park from the 19th floor is a real treat.

GGuest UserEnvironment: It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Laotun subway station, which is very convenient. Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently. I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of. Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all. When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰 Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great. Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great. When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳 I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

GGuest UserThe room was clean and simple, and the hotel environment felt very new. It was a really pleasant experience staying here during my business trip to Shandong. The front desk staff were very attentive; we had a standard room for four people, and they proactively upgraded us to a four-person breakfast. The breakfast itself was surprisingly excellent and very rich. For this price, the value for money, service, dining, environment, and cleanliness are all fantastic. It's definitely worth a huge thumbs-up from me. I highly recommend everyone to stay here if you get the chance! Oh, and another thing, there are tons of places to eat nearby… very food-friendly!

MMICHAEL F P SWEENEYThe hotel is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus, situated in an industrial area close to the airport. The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable, and had all the things you needed for a good stay and overnight quiet sleep. The room itself was great. I had some confusion when I got up in the morning to get the shuttle bus to the airport at 5.30 am But was told the only shuttle bus had left at 5 am! Why did someone not clearly explain this to me? Most hotels I have stayed at near the airport in the past, have shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport in the early mornings. I sought the help of the young girl receptionist to assist me in getting a taxi quickly. But she seemed annoyed that I had disturbed her early morning routine when she was only interested in completing her phone video game! And not helping me! Unbelievable! The girl receptionist said that the Hotel does not have a contact taxi service. I gave the receptionist my phone and she finally found a taxi service and I made it to the airport. My Chinese was not good enough to do all this myself. But overall, a good nights stay and a good hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and clean, not far from the airport, and exceptionally quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. They even upgraded our room upon check-in! We arrived on a red-eye flight, and since an elderly person in our group had difficulty walking, Xiao Chen at the front desk specially arranged for a driver to contact us in advance. The whole trip went incredibly smoothly! 👌 Highly recommend staying here without hesitation! 👏👍
