GGuest UserBefore check-in, I received a warm welcome call asking about my arrival time and room preferences. They were very accommodating with my requests for a high floor and a quiet, non-smoking room. The check-in process was quick upon arrival, and they even offered delicious tea. Breakfast was a buffet, so everyone could choose what they liked – very satisfied!

EE0005****The hotel is right by the subway exit, which is super convenient. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Olympic Sports Center Stadium, very easy to get to. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was also spotless. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

TTangshoudeyoutiaoThe front desk service was excellent, and the overall environment was pretty good. The tea and coffee were a nice refreshing touch. However, the room's lighting and curtains had some serious flaws. The motion-sensor light wouldn't turn off, and the curtains let in way too much light in the morning, which meant we adults didn't get any sleep. It was too late, and the kids were asleep, so we didn't bother calling the front desk – it would have been too much of a hassle. Because of the great front desk staff, I originally wanted to give 5 stars, but since I didn't get any rest, today's trip was exhausting, I almost had a car accident, and my mood is just terrible.

The front desk staff, Gavin, was patient and meticulous, arranging rooms on the same floor for us, which was very convenient and offered a great view. Upon learning it was our birthday, he enthusiastically prepared a cake and birthday noodles, and even asked for our preferred delivery time. The executive lounge service was also excellent, with a rich selection of food and drinks.

GGuest UserEnvironment: It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Laotun subway station, which is very convenient.
Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently.
I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of.
Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all.
When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰
Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great.
Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great.
When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳
I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient, just a two-minute walk from Beiyuan subway station, making it super close to Daming Lake Chaoran Tower. The hotel boasts a sophisticated Morandi style with low-saturation colors, which is very calming, quiet, and clean. The front desk service is warm and welcoming, and they even have robots for deliveries. Plus, there's free parking and a laundry room, making it my top choice for business trips or travel. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The soft bedding, smart toilet, and separate wet and dry bathroom areas are all fantastic bonuses.

MMICHAEL F P SWEENEYThe hotel is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus, situated in an industrial area close to the airport. The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable, and had all the things you needed for a good stay and overnight quiet sleep. The room itself was great. I had some confusion when I got up in the morning to get the shuttle bus to the airport at 5.30 am But was told the only shuttle bus had left at 5 am! Why did someone not clearly explain this to me? Most hotels I have stayed at near the airport in the past, have shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport in the early mornings. I sought the help of the young girl receptionist to assist me in getting a taxi quickly. But she seemed annoyed that I had disturbed her early morning routine when she was only interested in completing her phone video game! And not helping me! Unbelievable! The girl receptionist said that the Hotel does not have a contact taxi service. I gave the receptionist my phone and she finally found a taxi service and I made it to the airport. My Chinese was not good enough to do all this myself. But overall, a good nights stay and a good hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.
