The view inside the store is also good. 3. The service must be praised even more. The room booked on Ctrip does not include breakfast. Breakfast is included directly when you enter the store. There is fitness equipment and a pool table in the activity room downstairs. My flight time to leave Jinan is relatively late. Check-out was extended beyond 2 o'clock, and you could continue to rest in the restaurant after check-out. The beautiful lady also made a pot of tea.

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

The staff at the door and in the lobby were fantastic. They upgraded our room. big, comfortable. breakfast in the revolving restaurant on the top floor was great. parking in the basement was a bit tricky tho.

Very helpful & kind hotel staff. Despite a lack of English they always did their best to assist me getting taxis, etc. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fresh fruit delivered to the room every afternoon free of extra charges. Good location for the main attractions, a range of restaurants, & neighbourhood/community shops & services. I enjoyed my time there. The sole drawback is only two guest lifts, so, at certain times of the day, it takes a little while to summon the lift & it becomes crowded.

The room smelt pretty bad… a smell rising up from the drain in the bathroom made the whole experience quite uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast was not great. The theming was quite funny, though. Felt like a tacky ping-pong themed KTV in a third-tier city. So that’s a thing. My wife hated the fact that the elevator was playing Fur Elise on a loop. The service staff tried to be very attentive, but in the process kept bothering us at weird times to offer yoghurt and water. So… fine. Should be cheaper.
