1. The family room by the window was noisy. After 10 PM, there were motorcycles revving and making noise on the street. People were already making noise as early as 6 AM. This was my first time staying at Atour and this was such a strange room type. It wasn't even as comfortable as the cheaper twin room. The sofa bed creaked when I turned over. 2. The parking lot was a bit small, making it inconvenient to get around. 3. Others who booked Atour before mentioned the late-night snack service. I had to find it myself, and all I got was plain rice porridge. 4. Atour, you have to ask for everything yourself. Every time I asked, a receptionist named Xinxi always had a strange, half-smiling expression. I didn't understand what she meant. The room type was small and cramped. If I hadn't been in a rush, I would have chosen another room. It was far inferior to the All Seasons and InterContinental hotels in the same price range. 5. Breakfast was problematic. When I booked, breakfast was only for two people. I ordered everything, but there were actually four people. They didn't mention it at all. I insisted, and they gave me one free breakfast. 6. They also tried to sell me a gold membership. I was tired from my journey and wanted to sign up for a card as soon as I arrived at the hotel. I didn't like that, but then I saw that buying a gold membership was cheaper than on Ctrip, so I let it go. Then, Xinxi at the front desk lost interest in serving me. I frantically typed some notes on the computer without really knowing what they were.

The rooms are clean and refreshing, the bathroom is clean and bright, the bedding is clean and comfortable, the lighting layout is reasonable, and the office rest is suitable. The room is soundproofed, very quiet at night, you can rest well. , The front desk staff is gentle, the procedures are fast and convenient, and the demand response is timely. The breakfast room has clear partitions, reasonable moving lines, rich breakfast types, hot dishes, pasta, porridge, fruit are all available, and the breakfast experience is very good. , The location is excellent, it is very convenient to travel for food, the price is close to the people, the comprehensive cost performance is super high, and Hanting is preferred for business trips!

For families with two kids, the fun and comfort a hotel offers are especially important. Choosing Jian Shan Jie Lu was a smart decision! I wanted two adjoining rooms, and the owner even upgraded us. The entire hotel has a Japanese style, so the environment is serene and clean, full of lush greenery, with trumpet vines blooming all along the paths. The hotel is built in a converted village industrial park. We spent a whole afternoon strolling around the village with the kids, taking photos of the heart-shaped tree and catching all sorts of insects. The owner was also very enthusiastic and let us visit her small vegetable garden, which had natural cucumbers, eggplants, chili peppers, and loofahs. The kids were incredibly happy eating the cucumbers, even with just a quick wipe. In the evening, we went to the hotel's Japanese restaurant; the ingredients were very fresh, and the salmon belly was outstanding. Back in the room, it was time for the hot tub! It wasn't crowded even with two adults and two kids, and the children didn't want to get out. We'd love to come back again.

Second time staying here, and it's a great hotel! There are plenty of entertainment options and diverse dining choices. The check-in environment is beautiful. The pool wasn't crowded, and I'd suggest they offer discounts for KTV and the family sightseeing car for hotel guests 😁. We happened to catch a music festival, and dining on the lawn in the evening was super comfortable. Especially the lady at the hoop-toss game in the lobby, she was incredibly gentle and sweet! 👍 I'd recommend friends to come and stay. Plus, the hotel is right by the beach, and you can take speedboats and painted pleasure boats from there.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, the lobby's water bar is very convenient, and there's even a delivery robot that brings food directly to your room. Hygiene: It's clean and tidy; the lobby, elevators, and rooms are cleaned daily. Environment: It's less than 1 kilometer from Metro Line 4. You can cut through the Provincial Stadium to get to the subway station, bus stop, and shared bike station. It takes about 30 minutes to reach various attractions in the city center. Service: The front desk staff were warm and meticulous, helping us with many issues patiently. The restaurant and cleaning staff were also enthusiastic and responsible. The service definitely deserves high praise. Summary: This was a fantastic travel experience, and I'll definitely stay here again if I return (there are also markets, Ginza shopping areas, and recreational spots like Heroes' Mountain nearby, offering everything you need for eating, drinking, and entertainment! 😍😍)

We visited during the May Day holiday, and the location is close to Furong Street and Kuanhouli, making it very convenient to get to scenic spots. We could easily get around using shared bikes, eliminating the need for taxis (which are incredibly congested in downtown Jinan). Second, the hotel is clean and hygienic. The front desk and service staff are friendly and attentive to details (note the ”details”). This is something you won't find at other hotels. For a hotel in this price range, it truly demonstrates customer-first service. The hotel also provides a fresh fruit plate every day (unlike the perfunctory ones you get at other hotels, it includes yogurt and a variety of fruits, with a wide variety and a changing flavor each day). It's a substantial plate, and the front desk staff will promptly address any requests you may have. Their friendly service is truly a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Jinan!

The room was clean and tidy, and the soft bed provided a good night's sleep. The location is excellent, very close to the subway and bus stations, making transportation convenient. Thousand Buddha Mountain is also right near the hotel. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the quality was good.
