JJJ75209Atour's quality has always been very trustworthy, the hotel design is very distinctive, the lobby has a tea room, restaurant, laundry room all the way, and then to the elevator. The room is relatively spacious, all functions are available, and the windows are very bright. The room is warm, and it is warm and gentle as soon as you enter it. The bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are clearly priced for sale. The only downside is that the floor heating is too hot, the adjustment is very inconvenient, the window is hot at night to sleep, and the child kicks the quilt and almost freezes out.

They were also very knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and the surrounding area. They responded promptly to any issues I encountered, without any impatience. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

AAL1988This hostel is exactly what a solo traveler needs. Itâs near a metro station with a good price and lots of equipment.
The hostel is big enough and everyone has his own locker and slippers. The hostel staff are very friendly and helpful.
The beds are comfortable and there is an AC in every room. I totally suggest this hostel to anyone coming to Jinan staying short or long.
The location is right behind the Daming Hu (Daming Lake) and there are various shops around it.
I stayed in this hostel for more than a week and I was absolutely amazed and satisfied.

GGuest UserThis May Day holiday, I chose a hotel with convenient parking since I was driving. This hotel has an underground parking garage, which was great. Its location right by the Olympic Sports Center is super convenient â just cross the road and you're there. The night view is fantastic. I specifically booked an executive floor for a higher vantage point to enjoy the surrounding night view and the Olympic Sports Center even more. The service was excellent; when my child couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, staff immediately came to help. The front desk service was also very good, check-in was quick, and after I checked out, they even contacted me to inquire about an item I'd left in the room. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with this stay.

GGuest UserI'm absolutely captivated by this hidden gem of a hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I felt the incredibly attentive service. The lady at the front desk had such a sweet smile and patiently answered all my questions, making the check-in experience absolutely seamless. The biggest surprise was the rooftop terrace BBQ. Enjoying skewers and beer with the evening breeze was simply delightful, and every dish was incredibly flavorful!
I particularly want to highlight the attention to detail in their service. When they found out I needed the restaurant to help slice some salmon, the staff member didn't hesitate, immediately slicing and plating it, and even thoughtfully provided dipping sauce. It was such a heartwarming gesture!
From the service and overall stay experience to the food, everything was impeccable. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

LLangligelang___First, the location is great and the price is affordable. It's significantly lower than other hotels of the same standard in the province. We visited during the May Day holiday, and the location is close to Furong Street and Kuanhouli, making it very convenient to get to scenic spots. We could easily get around using shared bikes, eliminating the need for taxis (which are incredibly congested in downtown Jinan).
Second, the hotel is clean and hygienic. The front desk and service staff are friendly and attentive to details (note the âdetailsâ). This is something you won't find at other hotels. For a hotel in this price range, it truly demonstrates customer-first service.
The hotel also provides a fresh fruit plate every day (unlike the perfunctory ones you get at other hotels, it includes yogurt and a variety of fruits, with a wide variety and a changing flavor each day). It's a substantial plate, and the front desk staff will promptly address any requests you may have. Their friendly service is truly a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Jinan!

The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.
