Guest UserTo reach hotel, take line 4 to 千佛山 station exit 3B. The hotel is directly across from exit 3B. From hotel to 千佛山 is about 8 min walk. There is a bus stop opposite hotel, next to the bus stop there is a side lane. Look for China Mobile. Follow the lane, it will lead you to 美院门。note there are many entrance to 千佛山,this is the closest to hotel and the giant golden buddha attraction. Oh, remember to check out QFS's latest attraction 四窟万象 showcasing buddha art replicas from China most popular grottoes. The room is clean, well stocked with bottled water but no soda. Shower pressure is strong. Though there is traffic outside, once the window is firmly shut room is quiet. Staff is friendly and attentive especially 欣嬉。Breakfast is great. Eateries near traffic junction, serving local shandong crusine. Free laundry and late night supper. Bus stop outside hotel with many buses to major attractions. As hotel is outside city centre, you can forget about shopping and pubs.

Check-in was quick and the staff were very friendly. They promptly brought me an extra pillow when I asked for it, and the takeout I ordered was also delivered smoothly. The rooms were quite modern, all the amenities were new, and the bathroom was clean. During check-out, they thoughtfully inquired about my travel plans and the weather forecast; these small details made me feel very warm and cared for.

Pu Xiu Hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled between Ma'anshan Road and Jing Eleven Road, right at the foot of Mount Yingxiong. It's conveniently situated just about 50 meters opposite the south gate of the Shandong Expressway Basketball Arena, surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, and the area is quite picturesque. My family and I have stayed here multiple times when coming to watch the Expressway basketball team play. The hotel management staff are exceptionally warm and attentive, providing very meticulous service. The prices are reasonable, the rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and there's even a staff member to cook wontons for you. Parking is also very convenient. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

JuujuuHuThis is what the meaning of you get what you pay for. As little as the price can be, cannot have such high expectations on reason why you want the greatest of the great.
After reading reviews, many said location was convenient, assuming it would be on the main road but not, i didn't meant as in I felt unsafe, just wasn't what I was expecting (not a big deal). It's inside a building with other hotels. Waiting for the elevator was a nightmare, there was only 1 that goes up and then down, felt like 5min passed, but that's just an exaggeration. If you're in a hurry, make sure to set some time for the elevator run.
I came a bit early, and they accepted my early check in, which was lovely. The employees are very friendly, even giving tours to each new customers checking in. It's a small hostel, place was cleaned often, security was good. It's a bit funny to see the gym room right in the open of the entrance after check in. They had a shoe cabinet, so indoor was slipper only, I like that idea so the room doesn't smell like feet.
Bed was nice, love the shelving unit that can fit lots of stuff too. The lockers are nice, each installed with a rack, convenient to store lots of hangers, space is really big too, enough to fit a backpack in.
The issue I didn't like were the bathroom. I was very amazed yet confused on where do I store my clothes in the shower room, the only privacy being in tact was a curtain, it remains me of those Japanese onsen. Had to makeshift a space for my clothes and towel to be in the shower cubicle. Toilets reminds me of public toilets yet much cleaner and smells better. The sink to brush your teeth is very limited.
Being 4/5 for everything, meant that it wasn't an issue.
Everything was clean, service was great, you have everything you need, doesn't have to be top-tier. It was an experience for me and very budget friendly hotel.

Anonymous UserI was surprised that the hotel was neat for the price. The all hotel staff can’t speak English, but they’re kind. When I asked somethings by body language, they tried to help me somehow, and as a result, they listened to all my requests. And there is no refrigerator in the room. Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel. I will stay here even if I come back to this area. 👍👍

I'm absolutely captivated by this hidden gem of a hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I felt the incredibly attentive service. The lady at the front desk had such a sweet smile and patiently answered all my questions, making the check-in experience absolutely seamless. The biggest surprise was the rooftop terrace BBQ. Enjoying skewers and beer with the evening breeze was simply delightful, and every dish was incredibly flavorful!
I particularly want to highlight the attention to detail in their service. When they found out I needed the restaurant to help slice some salmon, the staff member didn't hesitate, immediately slicing and plating it, and even thoughtfully provided dipping sauce. It was such a heartwarming gesture!
From the service and overall stay experience to the food, everything was impeccable. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

First, the location is great and the price is affordable. It's significantly lower than other hotels of the same standard in the province. We visited during the May Day holiday, and the location is close to Furong Street and Kuanhouli, making it very convenient to get to scenic spots. We could easily get around using shared bikes, eliminating the need for taxis (which are incredibly congested in downtown Jinan).
Second, the hotel is clean and hygienic. The front desk and service staff are friendly and attentive to details (note the ”details”). This is something you won't find at other hotels. For a hotel in this price range, it truly demonstrates customer-first service.
The hotel also provides a fresh fruit plate every day (unlike the perfunctory ones you get at other hotels, it includes yogurt and a variety of fruits, with a wide variety and a changing flavor each day). It's a substantial plate, and the front desk staff will promptly address any requests you may have. Their friendly service is truly a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Jinan!

Anonymous UserThe hotel's environment and layout are better than expected. The various room types are very unique. The restaurant is like a tropical rainforest. The mountain view on the terrace outside the restaurant is very beautiful, and it feels a bit like an outdoor peach garden. Your quadruple room has four tatami mattresses, which is enough for children to sleep on and is very comfortable. The downside is that the lighting in the room is too dim.

Yuniboboniurucha_After our May Day trip to Dongying and Weifang, we passed through Zhangqiu on our way back to Shanxi. We found this unique B&B online and were quite taken by it. Overall, the B&B has a lot of character. Our family of six booked two rooms, and they thoughtfully placed us in the same courtyard. The courtyard is beautiful, with a camping table and a rocking chair. The rooms are Japanese-style with a balcony, offering lovely views of the stream and flowers – truly a secluded retreat away from the city. The kids absolutely loved it. The breakfast was simple but well-balanced and nutritious; the 'nine-grid' breakfast was quite novel. The room also had a small tub for soaking, though we weren't sure if it was a hot spring; it didn't quite feel like one. As for drawbacks, the room was a bit small, and there was no table or cabinet for placing items (aside from a wardrobe for hanging clothes), so there wasn't much space for other odds and ends. Luckily, we didn't have too many things. The toilet was electric. It's a very poetic place, and if the price is right, I highly recommend staying here.
