GGuest UserHotel is located in CBD of Jinan. Very new, clean and well structured district. This hotel is close to luckin coffee, convenience stores, neighbourhood eateries and restaurants that are all within walking distance. Service staff (the lady with spectacles) was exceptionally polite, helpful and thoughtful; i reached earlier than expected at 9am but as there were no rooms available for early check-in, I was told to come back at 12pm. The staff who served me gave helpful directions around the neighbourhood and even suggested that I can either choose to rest at the hotel reception or go Luckin coffee for a drink. When I came back at 11.40am, she was busy handling check-out with another guest but acknowledged my presence and told me that I can prepare for check-in soon. Hotel room is also clean and well equipped. The hotel is also about 10 min ride away from MixC 万象城shopping centre which has a good mix of stores and food choices at affordable prices! Overall a wonderful stay! :)

AAnonymous UserIt was a failure to check in. The room was very cold and it showed that it had air conditioning. The temperature was 13 degrees even if it was turned on on the first night. The next day I went to the staff and was told that the main switch of the air conditioner was not turned on and that the air conditioner was a decoration. His house had floor heating, so he asked the maintenance man to turn on the floor heating again on the second night. The room temperature on the second night was 16 degrees, still in the middle of the room, and it was about 12 degrees near the seats. I felt cold.
The door lock of the bathroom is broken. If the door is not locked, it cannot be opened from the outside. The front desk has to use tools to open the door. The staff said that this happens often, which delays the work.
The worst thing is that the decoration was very noisy when the guests checked in, which affected their rest. I don’t know what materials were used during the construction during the day, and they floated into the room and irritated the eyes, causing tears in the eyes.

Hhhhyun5 stars! ! It was 2 o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The lady downstairs thoughtfully delayed check-out for 2 hours. It felt very good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Jinan East Railway Station.

MMICHAEL F P SWEENEYThe hotel is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus, situated in an industrial area close to the airport. The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable, and had all the things you needed for a good stay and overnight quiet sleep. The room itself was great. I had some confusion when I got up in the morning to get the shuttle bus to the airport at 5.30 am But was told the only shuttle bus had left at 5 am! Why did someone not clearly explain this to me? Most hotels I have stayed at near the airport in the past, have shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport in the early mornings. I sought the help of the young girl receptionist to assist me in getting a taxi quickly. But she seemed annoyed that I had disturbed her early morning routine when she was only interested in completing her phone video game! And not helping me! Unbelievable! The girl receptionist said that the Hotel does not have a contact taxi service. I gave the receptionist my phone and she finally found a taxi service and I made it to the airport. My Chinese was not good enough to do all this myself. But overall, a good nights stay and a good hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel entrance has a bus stop with routes to various attractions, which is quite convenient. A heads-up for light sleepers: make sure to ask the front desk for a room not facing the main road. It gets really noisy; I could still hear sirens past midnight. Aside from that, everything else was great. The breakfast selection was decent, all Chinese style, and for my two-day stay, the dishes changed, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel staff at the front desk were very kind and helped me switch rooms, saving my sleep on the second night.

GGuest UserEnvironment: It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Laotun subway station, which is very convenient.
Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently.
I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of.
Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all.
When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰
Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great.
Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great.
When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳
I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

DDermot. CIt's a hotel used by people who have early flights. The Free shuttle bus to the Airport is a great service as it's hard to get a taxi or didi early morning for a short journey.
I didn't have time to try the breakfast but I'd imagine it's the same as other A-Tour hotels.

OOtautahianThis hotel is about a 15 minute walk south of Ji'nan West station, so is a good choice if you want to stay near the station, but is quite far from the tourist attractions in the city center.
My room was big and quiet, and the laundry room and gym were large and very secure.
I gave the service full marks in this review because although there was a small incident, the two reception staff I talked to werw very courteous, and one later came to my room with some consolation gifts as a sign of good faith 👍
