Excellent location with walking distance to MRT Station and shopping mall. Easy access with public buses to various attractions in the city, such as 大明湖，千佛山。We are being served by a group of dedicated, friendly and helpful staff.

All good. Location, service staffs, public transport to sights, cleanliness and amenities. Service staffs at check-in are very nice, helpful and professional. And due to that I decided to stay on for another night. The hotel is located just outside Jinan Railway Station (take south exit 南出口). Super convenient. To visit sights there is a public bus stop just outside the hotel (take right once exit the hotel) within 5 mins walk. Take bus K3 to sights and K51. Room is clean. Housekeeping has done a great job. The room amenities are adequate. They do not sting on items. Is is also easy to look for food once outside the hotel. There is also a Macdonald. Overall, all good and super convenient. Good recommendation by Trip.com.

We usually only choose hotels when traveling because they're reliable, clean, and give us peace of mind. This hotel is very thoughtful. The location is quite convenient, with major attractions about 3 km away. There were pleasant surprises every day during our stay, and we even received a snack gift bag as a farewell souvenir when we checked out. **Facilities**: Since it opened a while ago, the equipment isn't brand new, but if you don't need cutting-edge tech or super modern spaces, it's perfectly fine. The bathroom and shower are separate, which is great because they don't interfere with each other. **Service**: Impeccable! Both the housekeeping and front desk service were excellent. **Environment**: There's parking downstairs, though spaces can be a bit limited. The hotel as a whole is very clean, which is why we always opt for hotels when we travel. The only slight drawback was during our holiday stay; the room next door had very frequent and loud door opening and closing sounds early every morning. The soundproofing isn't great, which was a bit annoying. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

The bedding was neat and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were complete, hot water supply was stable, and toiletries were thoughtfully provided. The front desk staff were consistently smiling, patiently answered all our questions, and even enthusiastically helped us, a group of elderly guests, connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi. This made it easy for us to get online after a day of sightseeing and was a truly heartwarming gesture. Breakfast was another major highlight! The buffet offered an extensive variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. There were steaming hot wontons, various pastries, millet porridge, as well as Western options like cakes, coffee, milk, and eggs. The diverse choices were delicious and provided ample energy for the day's activities. Overall, Vienna Hotel (Jinan Railway Station) comes highly recommended for its environment, facilities, and service. It's particularly suitable for families, business travelers, or anyone seeking great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jinan!

This time I came to Jinan to play, the Chenxi Hotel I booked did give me a little surprise. I didn't have much expectations, but I felt quite refreshing as soon as I entered the door. The room was very clean and there was no smell. It was reassuring to look at it. What makes me most satisfied is his bed. The mattress is moderately firm and comfortable to lie on. For me, who has been running for a day and has back pain, it is really important to sleep at night. And the soundproofing of the room is good, sleeping quietly at night, sleeping until dawn. In short, although there is nothing fancy, it is really comfortable and cost-effective. Next time I come to Jinan to play, I guess I will choose this place, which is very worry-free.

The facilities are old and simple, but very convenient, almost there. It is very convenient to go to Baotu Spring by car online, and more than ten yuan on Daming Lake. There is a fast food restaurant diagonally opposite that is also very convenient and fast.

Traveling with my family, this twin room was just the right size. I had originally wanted to book a family room, but it wasn't available. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and addressing any issues or requests we had. The room was cleaned very well, and the bedding was neat and tidy. However, the only minor drawback was that last night I turned off the bathroom exhaust fan, and this morning there was a sewer smell coming from the drain.
