東西丟了不給解決，不建議住
衞生：衞生一般
設施：床單有洞，破損厲害
服務：退房出來後立馬意識到東西落在房間了，給酒店前台打電話溝通，前台説打掃房間的沒有回話，讓稍後打電話問，期間多次打電話溝通無果，三個小時後返回酒店詢問，與前台再次溝通，結果説東西扔了，垃圾已經拉走。溝通過得知，前台不重視房客財物導致此事發生。
