The hotel service was excellent from the moment we arrived; someone was there to greet us at the entrance. The room was comfortable, and I really appreciate that they helped carry my elderly relative's wheelchair – that was incredibly kind. The breakfast had a great variety, and they even offered late-night wontons. We also received a small gift when we checked out, which was a lovely surprise and truly exceeded our expectations.

The room design was good, and the location was surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. I especially loved the tea-drinking corner in the room. The downsides were the breakfast and dinner; they were too simple compared to what I've experienced at other 'Shenye Zhou Dao' (late-night porridge) locations in other cities. Also, the lounge area on the ground floor of the lobby was really unpleasant. I'm not sure if it was the smoke coming from the ventilation shaft of the fire escape on the second floor, but it permeated the entire lounge area. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the restroom. Annoying.

The front desk of the hotel was very gentle. They saw that the price I ordered was too high and even let me get a coupon. They were always responsive to my requests and the hygiene was very clean. Not far from the hotel, there was an Internet celebrity check-in area. I walked there accidentally and thought a ramen called Goda's was delicious.
