The male staff member was very kind; even though it was almost 3 AM, his service was still amazing and very helpful when I asked about transportation to the places I wanted to visit. Overall, I loved this hotel! However, the breakfast section could be improved. When I asked about drinks, they didn’t have any available for me.

I chose this new Sheraton for my business trip to Jinan. The facilities are complete, the service is excellent, and the room is spacious with great amenities. The breakfast is incredibly rich and delicious. Overall, it was a good stay. A minor suggestion would be that I requested a quiet room, but I was given a room facing the street, which was a bit noisy. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and the fruit platter they sent was also very generous.

I had a wonderful stay at Atour this time. I specifically chose this hotel for my birthday, and it had a high floor with a great view. I had communicated with the hotel in advance that it was my birthday, and they prepared quite a few surprises for me. The room was clean and tidy, and the Atour tea in the mini-bar was good. I personally really liked the slightly sweet honey black tea in the mini-fridge – it was delicious. There were also pour-over coffees and sodas, among other things, which I was really happy about. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the CBD, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and running errands. The service was excellent throughout; check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and they responded promptly to any requests, truly showcasing Atour's consistently attentive service. The room cleanliness deserves special praise! Every nook and cranny was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the towels and toiletries were clean and odorless. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas were well-designed, making for a very safe and comfortable stay. The facilities were also complete, with a stable Wi-Fi signal and ample hot water, making for a very comfortable stay overall. The only minor drawback was the less-than-ideal soundproofing. I could clearly hear the neighbors talking, singing, and the TV late at night, which affected my sleep. If they could improve the soundproofing in future updates, the experience would be even more perfect. However, overall, it's very cost-effective.
