"Overall, a good stay. As a 4-diamond hotel, it has complete facilities like a gym and laundry room. However, there are significant drawbacks, especially the lack of basic disposable amenities and the average front desk service, making it feel more like a 3-diamond property.
1. **Cleanliness was good.** Although the hotel is said to open in 2026 (Editor's note: assuming this is a typo and means it was recently opened or will be renovated), signs of use were already apparent, such as tea stains on the sofa. The room generally had no peculiar smells, but the bath towels had a damp odor, which is somewhat understandable in summer.
2. **Breakfast offered a good variety**, especially the delicious salads. There were also plenty of carbohydrate options, both Chinese and Western. However, there was no ice, no cold milk, or iced coffee, which might be an issue for those who prefer cold food. There was also no ice available in the lobby. The desserts were generally mediocre, with the salted egg yolk pastry being the highlight.
3. **The biggest issue was the insufficient provision of basic amenities.** Firstly, there were no pajamas or facial cleanser, and the selection was very limited. Secondly, for a double room, disposable amenities (apart from toothbrushes) were only provided for one person, which was insufficient.
4. **Front desk service lacked attention to detail.** Not greeting guests is one thing, but they also didn't actively respond to guest inquiries, perhaps due to working late shifts. Additionally, when storing luggage, items were piled up rather haphazardly. I suggest using luggage tags for more secure storage and retrieval."
