GGuest UserWe stayed on this property on 25th January 2025. This is basically kind of apartment which has 5 family rooms. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a family stay. Balaji and staff are superb in making your stay comfortable. Rooms are super clean and very well maintained. Food is not available on the site but upon request they will provide you. He had already informed us about the food unavailability before arrival, but since we could not find good restaurants nearby we checked with him if he can arrange food. He had arranged nice homely food on our arrival. Tea, coffee are available in house at anytime on request basis. Balaji also was also helpful in planning our iternary to visit places nearby. He voluntarily created a Google map with different sites to visit in which order, where can we have good food in Kumbakonam. I would recommend to anyone planning to visit.

GGuest UserFor the price range, the hotel is a really place to stay. The room, toilet, bathroom, washbasin was clean. There was no issue with bed / chair / other amenities provided. There was no foul smell while entering the room or when switching on AC. Regarding restaurant in the hotel, the quality and taste was really good. They were able to customize spice level as per my request. Their special lunch thali was really good and tasty. The staff also was really nice. Will suggest this place (for this price range) to stay if visiting Kumbakonam.

GGuest UserClean room, good parking space, away from noise pollution, closer to shopping, restaurant attached. Did not use room service so cannot comment. Restaurant food was no issue. Except for a defective flush, the washroom was ok. Could not get enough hot water before 5 am. But no issue on hot water after 5 am. Hump near the entry gate was pathetic. High possibility that it will touch your vehicle chassis. This needs to be rectified.

PPrevinaOverall the hotel is very satisfied. Their service is first class. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with luxury accommodation yet we find a baby cockroach inside our room.

GGuest UserStaffs are good. Environment is good. Rooms are neatly maintained. On a down side, bathroom needs to be properly maintained. Perks like tooth brush, tooth paste and shampoo were missing. Moreover didn't change the towel for next day.

WWei SanThe cleanliness, amenities and service was generally satisfactory. The WiFi is strong but toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste as well as toilet rolls are not provided. We booked a suite with 2 double beds but upon arrival was told that our booking was not received and they don’t have a room with 2 double beds. So information found in trip.com and the hotel does not tally. It will be good if the system updates the room types that are truly available. Overall, the stay was comfortable, despite some issues during check in.
