"A small boutique hotel near the highway, a little distance from the city. My initial impression upon reaching the hotel was one of doubt, given ongoing roadwork and a dusty first entrance. However, to my surprise, the suite room was relatively spacious for three people, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was satisfactory, there were only 24-hour hot water. The breakfast offered was excellent, although not very varied. The customer service was overall excellent. I would recommend Malaysian budget travelers to consider staying here."

"The positive points about this hotel are its location, reception, staff and cleanliness. The drawbacks are the non-availability of an attached restaurant, limited provision of toileteries and delayed response by housekeeping. The location is very good as it is centrally located. The reception staff are excellant, courteous and helpful. Other staff like the attendants etc are also good. The entire premises including the room are kept clean. However, one has to go out in search of good hotesl for food. It is surprising that a nearby good hotel called venkataramana, forgot the name, is closed on sundays! another point of concern is that only one bottle of mineral water and a soap are provided. No other toileteries are provided. No free newspaper. Asked for a change of stained bedsheet which was provided only after reminder and long delay."

"We arrived at this beautiful old building with great expectations. Unfortunately that was the end of it. Check in was a disaster, the key app never did work, they tried to distract us with spa appointments immediately but that too got mixed up. The water was not working in the spa.Hot water was spotty and varied from room to room. The rooms are very nice but the basics were missing.. soaps, toilet paper etc randomly missing. Meals took forever but were delicious but not everything was available. Housekeeping never got done, no replenishment of supplies. The staff were undertrained and seemed lost. This place could be amazing the right management."
