3-Star Hotels in Souss-Massa, Morocco

This hotel is in a great location. if you come out of the hotel and turn right and cross over the road, there is a McDonald's in front of you. if you turn left coming out of the hotel, as you walk along for 5 miniutes, you will see plenty of corner shops for drinks, snacks, etc. just after the shops, by the roundabout, if you turn left, you will see some food resturants, and at the end of this road which leads to the beach, you will find a money exchange which have good rates in exchanging money. The hotel is very clean, and I advise taking a room with a sea view on the 4th floor upwards for the best view. The rooms have a private balcony, and the TV has a 24-hour English-speaking channel showing good films (MBC Max). The downside to the hotel is that the wifi is nonexistent. i brought a mini wifi router 4G/5G router off eBay before I left the UK for around £15. When I arrived at Agadir airport, just by the duty-free shops, you will see the orange and lnwi stores. I went with lnwi, and for £10 i brought a 10GB sim, which the girls put into my router to show it works. The router then worked fine in my hotel room at the Hamilton Hotel. i stayed for 1 week, but the SIM ran out of credit because I watched a lot of football on my tablet and other videos. Maybe I should have brought a 20 GB SIM card. During the day, I couldn't be bothered to walk to the beach or sit in the hotel swimming pool area, but straight across the road from the hotel is a stadium with lots of seats, and I found it very relaxing. After 2 hours, it got too hot, so I went back into the hotel for the shade of my balcony room. Nice hotel and loved the music in the evenings coming from the other hotels.

The apartment was good, but it had a few issues, like no water for two days straight and the bathrooms weren't very clean. The shower stank and also had no water. The bathroom door wouldn't close and just stayed open, and yeah, there were many more defects. There's really nothing more to say.

Dear friends! Never rely on guest reviews of a hotel. I read a lot, and when I arrived here, I was looking for everything they wrote about. And I found nothing, except maybe the quality of the towels. For a 3-star hotel, it's simply superb. Large grounds, many pools, and a wide variety of meats, fish, vegetables, and fruits. It has its own beach with sun loungers. There's always room. The animation team is simply superb. They entertain all day and in the evening there's a disco and a performance in the amphitheater. Twice, national music groups came. At 3:00 PM, everyone sings the Agadir national anthem in unison. Very beautiful. The hotel grounds are very beautiful. Lots of bars. Although they do have some restrictions on hard liquor. They make a variety of cocktails. In short, book this hotel and you won't regret it. Morocco surprised and delighted us with the quality of service! Thank you so much! I'll upload the photo later.

This is not a 4 or 5 star property and is getting on a bit in terms of age. The place is kept clean but rooms and carpets are worn but some are in the process of refurbishment. Room facilities are basic but sufficient with enough power sockets for charging and hot water always available. The gardens and pool area are maintained daily and common areas mopped and cleaned also. The reception staff are very helpful as is the bellhop and security staff. Breakfast is basic with bread, rolls, cake, boiled eggs, salads, cold meat, preserves, honey plus tea or coffee. You can buy drinks from the bar all day and they serve food at very reasonable prices. Omelette with chips and bread for about £3. There is an excellent well stocked shop just next door for snacks and drinks too. Overall it's a basic hotel but what you get for the price is amazing and it's location is asgood as it gets in Agadir.

Me and my wife stay suite hotel Tilila for four nights very good service this hotel close to beach only five minute walk lots of shop around Cafe next to hotel bus stop five minute walk taxi available all the time cross road staff is very helpful Cleaning wise or any help you need excellent service. I love this hotel. I will give five star, they have nice outside swimming pool. I love my room they give me sweet comfort studio. They have nice kitchen as well so we can cook on food make own tea. I love the room. I highly recommend to stay here if I come next time in Agadir I will book this hotel again, thank you very much ❤️👌

A truly disrepairing hotel. The only saving grace was the wonderful maids, who went out of their way to improve the experience. When three people checked in, there was only one fork and one knife in the room! No spoons. Luckily, they brought everything we needed later, upon request. We stayed during the rainy season, and the door was swollen with moisture and was difficult to open and close. Water was leaking onto the floor of the room. There were a lot of cats, most of them ragged and sick. It's impossible to walk around the grounds with a stroller—it's all steps—so we left the stroller upstairs by the reception desk, and the local cats took to sleeping in it. Someone even poured dry food right into the stroller!!!!! The lounge chairs by the pool are comfortable with soft mattresses. But the whole place is also occupied by cats.

Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect room… couldn’t fault it! Only problem I had was after coming back from the beach and going to shower, the water went cold. I had my brother check reception to let them know multiple times throughout an hour but nobody was there. I was left in a cold shower soaking wet with shampoo still in my hair for an hour waiting for some help. Rang the stayhere call line multiple times and no outcome. I had to finish having a cold shower. I was very angry at the time. We also had a guy knock on our door asking for 600dirhams in ‘city tax’. Trip.com were very helpful in this matter and refunded me the £49.

The hotel location and food absolutely fab. Would recommend and come again. But unfortunately the bar was away from the restaurant even going for a cup of tea was hard. As i am a wheelchair user was hard. I went to reception to ask for a wheelchair i was sent to enquiries. Which only had 2 wheelchairs available in the 3 hotels. One was being used the second was available. The rim was on but the the wheel was off and no foot rest. Unfortunately for safety reasons i didn’t take it. For 7 days i had been waiting for it to be fixed but no. Then the option they gave me was hiring one which was costing far too much for a day!!!
