Great hotel, extravagant breakfast, helpful receptionists, great afternoon tea with tasty cakes included, clean and neat room without any damages. The location is great, a walking distance from all the tourist hotspots and the river. The room was properly isolated, therefore there was no noice in the room at all from outside. The only downside was that the room was relatively hot, maybe a malfunction in the airconditioning, opening a window also did not help.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Getting around is also a breeze. It's surprising how much more you get here in Liuzhou for the same price as a hotel in Guilin – facilities and service are just on another level! We arrived at the hotel almost at 9 PM, and all our clothes from playing in Guilin were dirty. I made a call in the evening, and they immediately got them washed for us. We didn't even have to worry about not having clean clothes for the next day. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful and always responded promptly to any questions we had.

The overall service and environment of the hotel are good. I feel that the elevator of the hotel is quite convenient. The housekeeper service is quite good. The air conditioner in the room was turned on before arriving at the hotel, and it kept the room cool.

This is my second time visiting Liuzhou! First off, this hotel is so thoughtful; they even gave us free Americano coupons. It's also super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment, right in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel has great soundproofing and is very clean.

The lady and brother at the front desk were a little confused, but the older lady who looked like a supervisor was very efficient and provided very good service. She upgraded my room for free, although I couldn't see any difference between the upgraded room and the room before the upgrade, but the room was comfortable and had a nice view. It was very clean when I first checked in, but the hygiene was not very good during my stay. The areas near the table, bed and other objects were not cleaned, and there were dead cockroaches by the window that were not cleaned up, although a staff member came to deal with it quickly. The breakfast was average.

Cleanliness: The room was quite clean; I touched the nightstand and coffee table and they felt wiped down. Unfortunately, the food section in the breakfast restaurant wasn't covered. For two consecutive days, I saw large flies crawling on the bread, ham, and salad. There weren't enough staff to promptly deal with contaminated food or to ensure food protection. Service: The service was very attentive. The lobby was bright and clean. We stayed for two nights, and on the second day, without us needing to ask, they cleaned the room and restocked supplies. We hadn't even returned to the hotel yet, so we didn't know it had already been cleaned. I called the front desk online to request cleaning and replenishment, and the front desk still quickly arranged for housekeeping. Ambiance: The hotel has a minimalist decor, and the rooms are spacious. The location is excellent, pretty much in the middle of all the attractions, making it convenient to take a taxi anywhere. On the small road opposite, leading to Qingyun Market, there are electric bikes available for rent.

We had a lovely stay at JI hotel. It is located only a short drive from Liuzhou railway station and not far from the main sites and attractions. The aesthetic is very modern and minimal, with loved the design of the lobby and rooms. Staff are very friendly and kind, always happy to help with our queries. The rooms are a little smaller than other hotels I've stayed in China but still enough space to not feel cramped. Facilities are clean, rooms have a fridge and water was provided daily. I would recommend anyone coming to Liuzhou to stay at this hotel.

When traveling from Guilin to Guizhou, I passed through Sanjiang County and chose the Dongxiang State Guesthouse. Although the hotel is quite old, everything is very clean, the environment is beautiful, and the staff has a good service attitude. There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, and you can see the panoramic view of Sanjiang Wind and Rain Bridge from the hotel, which is amazing! The hotel also has many activities, making it very suitable for family stays. We were originally planning to stay for one night, but after checking in we decided to stay in the same room for another night and visit the surrounding attractions. In short, Dongxiang State Guesthouse is worth staying in! Highly recommended!

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our Rongshui trip! It's right next to the Laojun Cave scenic area, offering a peaceful retreat despite being close to attractions. Surrounded by lush mountains and clear waters, the hotel exudes a wonderful blend of Taoist tranquility and Miao ethnic charm, making you feel instantly relaxed upon arrival. The room was spacious and well-lit, with an absolutely stunning view from the balcony. It was spotless and odor-free, and the bedding was incredibly soft, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom show great attention to detail.

Good points: 1. The service was excellent. The hotel staff (restaurant, front desk, maintenance) were all incredibly helpful. I'm very grateful for their thoughtful service! 2. The family suite was spacious. The bathroom and Tmall Genie devices were very smart. 3. The hotel is very new, seemingly only a few months old. The facilities were new and clean. 4. The breakfast was quite extensive with a wide selection. The chefs provided a hot and humid environment, so you didn't have to boil your own soup or noodles. Areas for Improvement: 1. The suite was large and simply furnished. It could be renovated to make it feel like home. 2. Neither of the hotel's elevators had air conditioning, making it quite hot and stuffy in the summer. 3. Having to pass through the gym to get to the laundry room was a bit awkward for those who work out. 4. The hotel isn't very elderly-friendly, as the bathroom floor can be slippery when wet, and the elderly may not be able to use smart devices like Tmall Genie. Overall, this hotel is new, clean, and a great value!
