Anonymous UserLiuzhou was the last stop of our trip, and we were so lucky to have chosen this hotel. Although it's a standard hotel, a subtle incense scent permeates from the lobby to the rooms. The complimentary fruit platter and incense sticks were a thoughtful touch. Lighting the incense at night helped me relax and sleep soundly.
**Facilities:** While a bit older, everything was clean, tidy, and fully equipped.
**Hygiene:** Typical for a standard hotel. I bring my own disposable towels and sheets when I travel, so I wasn't concerned about this.
**Environment:** Quiet and elegant. The windows aren't large, but the view is beautiful, overlooking the surrounding mountains. It was easy to open them for ventilation.
**Service:** Extremely warm and friendly, making us feel right at home.
Plus, there's a free and abundant breakfast and afternoon tea. It's truly a great place to relax while traveling.

✅
1. Located above Intime Department Store, the hotel offers convenient transportation and is easy to find for taxis. It's just a street away from Wuxing Street, making for an easy walk without traffic.
2. Most popular restaurants deliver to the hotel, or have branches within walking distance. Deliveries can be brought up to the room.
3. The front desk is very responsive; they picked up the phone immediately and even granted a late check-out. Thumbs up!
4. The view is indeed great, with a perfect river view. It's a shame that Liuzhou experienced flooding during my stay, so the musical fountain was suspended.
❌
1. The hotel is situated on a high floor of a building that houses many other hotels. Although this specific hotel has two exclusive elevators, they are small and operate very slowly, leading to long waits. Because of this, I probably won't stay here again.

Cleanliness: The room was quite clean; I touched the nightstand and coffee table and they felt wiped down. Unfortunately, the food section in the breakfast restaurant wasn't covered. For two consecutive days, I saw large flies crawling on the bread, ham, and salad. There weren't enough staff to promptly deal with contaminated food or to ensure food protection.
Service: The service was very attentive. The lobby was bright and clean. We stayed for two nights, and on the second day, without us needing to ask, they cleaned the room and restocked supplies. We hadn't even returned to the hotel yet, so we didn't know it had already been cleaned. I called the front desk online to request cleaning and replenishment, and the front desk still quickly arranged for housekeeping.
Ambiance: The hotel has a minimalist decor, and the rooms are spacious. The location is excellent, pretty much in the middle of all the attractions, making it convenient to take a taxi anywhere. On the small road opposite, leading to Qingyun Market, there are electric bikes available for rent.

Not a great hotel. I wouldn't stay here unless need to be at this precise location (but there are other hotels nearby). LOCATION. Not much to do in the neighborhood except for a few night clubs. Surprisingly few restaurants. SERVICE. No one at the front desk when I arrived at 8:30 pm. Concierge told me there was only one receptionist but that she was held up somewhere. I had to wait five minutes. After completing registration, the receptionist forgot to give me the room key, claiming she had already given it to me (she had left it at the copy machine when she copied my passport). The hotel made up by sending free snacks and fruit to my room, which was a nice gesture. AMENITIES. The room itself was fine, except that the windows were small for a ”river view luxury room” and that the power socket at the desk was defective, making it impossible to work on my laptop at the desk. The panarima bar on the 26th floor was closed when I wanted to check it out a little after 10 pm. BREAKFAST. Mediocre at best. Really ni reason to stay in this hotel.

1. The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to a commercial street with plenty of food options. However, there's a downside: the hotel parking lot is open to non-guests, meaning people visiting the commercial street park there. This results in long waits for hotel guests to find a spot. Plus, once you park in the underground garage, there's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up a slope.
2. The hotel shares elevators with the mall, making them quite crowded and messy.
3. Since the hotel is older, there's a slight odor in the rooms.
Overall, it's suitable for tourists visiting Liuzhou specifically for its food scene but less ideal for those seeking a high-quality stay.

Advantages: good location; friendly waiter service; good breakfast; nice environment.
Confirmation: the curtains are automatic and will be automatically pulled up after a while without instructions; then the room I stayed in had 7 power outages while taking a shower, so I changed to another room later (I guess it will be fixed later 🤦);

It is right next to Liunan Wanda, with convenient transportation. There is a snack street behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is very good, and the bedding and toiletries are all designated products of Vienna International Hotel. The waiter was very enthusiastic to introduce us to the surrounding Internet celebrity check-in spots.

The location is superb. Downstairs is a famous luo shi fen which the queue start from 5pm onwards although they open at 6pm. We didn’t manage to try it as they still having long queue at around 10pm. Will try it the next time we come. Receptionist is helpful to help order food delivery as we do not have access to the Mei Tuan apps. Will stay here again in future.

Guest UserStayed here for a couple of nights while traveling through Rong'an, and honestly, it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is right on Rongjiang North Road, super easy to find, and there's plenty of parking if you're driving. The first thing I did was walk to the night market street nearby, maybe five minutes away. Tried the local Rong'an rice noodles, the kind they call ”lu fen” – the noodles are smooth, the broth is rich, and they put this roasted pork on top that's just amazing. Only cost me like 10 yuan. The next day I asked the front desk for food recs, and they told me about a place that does Dapo flying chicken – it's a local specialty, the chicken is free-range so the meat is firm and super flavorful. Had it white-cut style with ginger scallion sauce, best chicken I've had in a while. Also tried the crispy honey kumquats, which Rong'an is famous for – sweet and crunchy, bought a few bags to take home. The room was nothing special but clean, bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. For a small-town hotel, it does the job. Would stay again if I'm passing through.
