Overall experience staying here was great. We had a wonderful and warm greetings from the receptionists. Special thanks for 陈姐 and 小王, they were extremely friendly and helpful, accommodating and answering all our queries and concerns. The room was clean and filled with cultural vibes, foods were delicious, different varieties. There is a spot here too for those who like to have a calligraphy writing. Only thing if I would like to pick on wi be the smoking issue where they allowed smoking in the hotel so the lift is fulled with smoking smell. I love it here and will come back again for next stay.

Our stay at Sanjiang Juyoulou Inn was great and the Inn owners are a sweet, amazing couple that helped us out a lot! We wanted to learn about the local handcraft and the owner helped us to organise a lesson in Chinese embroidery through some of his contacts, which was so cool! They also helped us to book places for the banquet and the festivities at the drum tower, which, through a collab, is also cheaper than if we had booked them ourselves :) On our last day, we left for the rice terraces in a even more rural area, and the owner explained us exactly - with a sweet hand-written note - how to get there with the different busses we needed to take. He also drove us to the first bus stop in his personal car for free. Amazing and kind people, a beautiful room and a nice view :)

The room offered a nice view of the Liu River, which was great. Breakfast had a decent variety. It's very close to the pier, so you can easily take a boat trip. There's also herbal tea downstairs, which is quite effective, though the taste might not be for everyone. Nearby, there's a restaurant called Fei Luo Zhuang that serves excellent duck feet hotpot. Taking a taxi from downstairs to attractions is convenient and quick. You can also buy fruits and enjoy BBQ nearby. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area, and the hotel itself offers great amenities with comfortable, well-maintained rooms. Everything was clean, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. There was one small incident where another guest accidentally tried to enter our room due to a staff mistake. It was clearly an honest human error rather than negligence. The hotel handled the situation very professionally, sincerely apologized multiple times, explained what had happened, and even offered us a 30% discount as a gesture of goodwill. We really appreciated how seriously they took the matter and how quickly they resolved it. While it was a memorable moment, it didn’t affect our overall impression of the hotel. Mistakes can happen anywhere, and what matters most is how they’re handled. Based on the excellent service, location, and facilities, I would happily stay here again.

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. I mustered up the courage to ask for a room upgrade, and they readily agreed, which I really appreciate ☺️. The room was very clean and comfortable 😌. The only thing is that the air conditioning was quite strong, so you might want to adjust the temperature at night. Taxis are also easy to get, and it's quite close to Wuxing Pedestrian Street. There are also a few popular luosifen (river snail rice noodle) restaurants nearby, about a 10-minute walk away.

This year, I have cooperation with Rong'an customers and come to talk about contracts. I chose Yiduo Hotel because it has a small tea room on the first floor. It is very convenient to have tea with customers. It is official in the cafe outside, and it is more comfortable than going to other companies. Say hello to the hotel in advance and they leave the tea room. The tea room is small but adequate, there is a tea table and tea set, and boiling water is provided. The two of us sat and drank tea for more than an hour and finalized the contract details. After talking, I asked customers to eat directly at the food stall near the hotel and walked for a few minutes, which was very convenient. The room was comfortable. I lived in a business bed room, the mattress support was good, and the waist was not sour after sleeping for one night. The room has a desk, the light is good, and the contract is not tired in the room at night. WiFi is stable and the documents are not stuck. There is free parking and it is convenient for customers to drive. The customer was very satisfied with the meeting arrangement. When I checked out, the front desk brother asked ”how is the business talking?” I said ”become” and he said ”congratulations.” Later, I came to Rong'an to talk about business, and I chose this one. I 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

It is right next to Liunan Wanda, with convenient transportation. There is a snack street behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is very good, and the bedding and toiletries are all designated products of Vienna International Hotel. The waiter was very enthusiastic to introduce us to the surrounding Internet celebrity check-in spots.

Clean, tidy, and reasonably priced, with excellent service, it was a very pleasant stay overall. The location was also excellent, with river views right outside the door.
