"The room was clean and tidy, and we even got three free laundry services for our clothes. At night, the delivery robot brought our takeout up to the room really quickly. The hotel staff provided very professional service; due to a change in our travel plans, we couldn't check out on time, so we called the front desk. The lady there was incredibly patient and dedicated, and she specifically arranged for a late check-out for us. It's a shame our trip was only one day, as we missed out on trying a lot of the local food. We'll just have to come back again next time!"

The service was mediocre, even worse than no service at all. The mirror design made me dizzy as soon as I entered the bathroom. The anti-slip design in the bathroom made it feel like I'd walked into a nursing home... Hotels with lots of bad reviews really are a no-go!!!"

"This time, I accidentally unlocked this treasure hotel during my food-hunting trip in Liuzhou. The river view room is 500 per night, the room is large and the scenery is good. The most unexpected thing is that the service is more considerate than Haidilao. As soon as I walked into the lobby, many staff members greeted me enthusiastically. Before coming, I was a little worried that eating too much snail noodles would cause internal heat. There is monk fruit tea in the hotel lobby that you can pick up by yourself. The staff also thoughtfully brewed chrysanthemum tea and sent it to the room every day. It must be praised! Although the hotel is not located in the old city, since the urban area of Liuzhou is relatively small, it is about 10 yuan to take a taxi to several popular online stores, which is very convenient. If I have the opportunity to visit Liuzhou again, I would like to book this hotel."

The floor-to-ceiling windows were bigger than I expected, and both the full-length mirror and the bathroom mirror were large and sparkling clean, which was really pleasant to look at. Plus, there's Bluetooth, so you can listen to music while doing other things – truly relaxing and comfortable. Secondly, the hygiene is impeccable; someone comes to empty the trash and clean every day. The front desk staff are incredibly thoughtful and attentive, even providing mosquito repellent. You need your room key to access the upper floors, so safety is not an issue, and even food deliveries are brought up by a super cute robot! Overall, it definitely exceeded my expectations!"
