"My overall stay had its ups and downs. Let's start with the positives: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Fengqing Port Night Market, making it super convenient for getting around, finding food, and shopping. The room was spacious, and the 2.7-meter bed was much larger than expected, making for a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, and the dining area offered fantastic views. The front desk and staff were also very attentive and helpful. However, the downsides were quite noticeable. As an older hotel, the hardware facilities are not well-maintained, and there's a clear quality gap compared to newer chain hotels. The room windows couldn't be opened and were blocked by an external frame, essentially offering no view. The in-room appliances and soft furnishings were old. The ceiling light by the door was constantly malfunctioning; it wouldn't turn on at all when I first checked in, and then it started flickering frequently and randomly at 4 AM, accompanied by loud noises, seriously disturbing my sleep. The bedding felt damp and sticky, giving an uncomfortable, clammy sensation. The air conditioning was also quite noisy, which made it hard to sleep at night. The self-service laundry facilities were equally disappointing; the washing machines were old, and the hotel didn't provide bottled laundry detergent, only bulk powder. Plus, the detergent dispenser had old, caked-on powder remnants, indicating poor cleaning and maintenance. In summary, the hotel shines in its location, food, and service, but the hardware facilities are in urgent need of renovation and upgrades."

"1. Check-in The hotel front desk said we booked a twin room. After confirming again and again, they ”helped” us to change it to a king-size room. Why do we, a couple, book a twin room? 2. Air conditioning. We booked two nights. The first night was fine. The second night, the air conditioning was extremely hot. No matter which mode it was, the air conditioning was hot. I couldn't sleep at all. I turned on the cooling mode of 16 degrees all night. I woke up in the morning because of the heat. I saw that the room temperature was 29 degrees. I went down to ask the front desk and got the answer that ”we are now all central air conditioning for collective heating.” Then what is the cooling mode of your air conditioning used for? Improve it. At least your front desk should tell the guests. 3. Located on the street, noisy. I had to open the window because of the air conditioning. It was so noisy! ! ! ! ! ! ! The cars went by didididididididi. It was too hot if the window was not open and too noisy if the window was open. 4. Service. The laundry room is in the basement. The little girl who went down there at night was terrified. Anyway, the details were average and the service was nothing. After the clothes were washed, I have stayed in so many hotels that at least folded them for the guests when they were delivered to the room. This hotel did not have that. They just stuffed them into a bag and brought them up to the guests. As far as I know, the power supply in the room of my friend who was traveling with me tripped when he was drying his hair at night and he was taken to another room in the middle of the night. In short, it was average."
