The underground parking lot was wet everywhere with water stains, though it had been raining heavily in Sanjiang those days. The window soundproofing is poor; the frogs and insects outside were very loud at night. The hallway soundproofing isn't great either; you can hear doors opening and closing. The air conditioning is terrible; it's too cold, and I couldn't adjust the temperature higher. Plus, there's no screen on the window, which was very uncomfortable. In short, it looks nice on the outside, and the rooms are pretty too, but that's about it. Quite disappointing.

They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

The girl who checked me in was really really nice. Very kind and helpful. I had kinda big issue during my stay, at 3am the lock reader started to beep very loudly. I tried to ignore but the sound was very annoying and exhausting. Stayed for an hour hoping would stop at any time but it didn’t happen. I informed front desk at 4am and the guy came up to help. We didn’t figure out what causes the problem but the staff ended up fixing it. Despite this incident, the overall is really good. 9,5/10

The room has a nice view, but the windows are quite stained, which detracts from it. The carpet looks old and dirty due to its worn color; perhaps they should consider removing carpets or choosing a different color. The high floor experience was great, and it was quiet at night, possibly due to fewer guests? The hotel's location is excellent, just a hundred meters and a turn from the Five-Star Pedestrian Street.
