Hhonghong6433The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette and various tableware, suitable for cooking at home. It was also close to the subway and several small supermarkets nearby, making it quite convenient. Unfortunately, the front desk service was lacking. We arrived early in the morning, intending to leave our luggage and then head to the attractions. The front desk said there was a room available, which made us quite happy. However, upon check-out, we discovered we were charged €34 for this, a practice we found unacceptable. We contacted Ctrip and complained, which was resolved satisfactorily. However, the hotel failed to inform us that early check-in for vacant rooms incurred an extra charge, and this unauthorized deduction was extremely unpleasant. Therefore, we immediately cancelled all subsequent bookings.

GGuest UserThere was no service during our 4 nights stay in this aparthotel, we were told we have to throw the garbage to a designated room.
The location is okay, had to walk about 10min+ to the main subway station.
The rooms were clean and spacious, however, due to the bad design of the shower room, there was no bath tub and no shower curtain, the floor was always wet throughout our stay.
One of the staff at the counter was not very friendly, very reluctant when we need some assistance.
