"I regret to say that my stay at Yac Clichy Hotel was an absolute nightmare. I booked the "superior room with terrace," which was supposed to be the largest and most luxurious option. Instead, I was greeted by what can only be described as a cramped box. The room was tiny, and the heating system was ineffective, making the whole experience uncomfortable. Strangely, the bathroom was much larger than the bedroom, and they couldn’t even fit a wardrobe in the bedroom—just a coat rack for your clothes! To make matters worse, the amenities were subpar. The pool was freezing, the jacuzzi didn’t function properly, and the sauna was lukewarm at best. I asked for cutlery to be brought to my room, only to be told I had to go downstairs myself and was handed plastic cutlery and cups. How is this acceptable for a "superior" room? There was no desk or chair in the room to work from, and no fridge or microwave for guests to use, which made it incredibly inconvenient. And the staff? Don’t even get me started. François, in particular, was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. Customer service training is definitely needed. The level of disrespect me and my wife incurred from this individual was shocking. I genuinely believe Francois is ****** and should be removed from the organisation. Additionally, they charged me 40 euros for a late checkout, but when I asked for any official documentation regarding this fee or the cost for additional services, they couldn’t provide anything. It’s clear this hotel is run by crooks. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else—anywhere else! Paying a little extra for a better hotel with attentive staff will be well worth it. I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I could. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you don’t want your Paris vacation ruined!"

"We were in Paris for my daughters 18th birthday it was our first time in Paris . I was nervous about my hotel booking as I had heard a few things about Paris and areas just outside like clichy not being safe . I can honestly say this is totally not true clichy is so safe and lovely the hotel is clean the rooms are on the small side but we were very happy with ours and there was 4 of us in it . The breakfast is yummy nothing hot but a great selection we loved it . But the star of the show is the staff so friendly can’t do enough for you . We loved Paris and loved this hotel and area would definitely stay here again thank you ibis styles clichy "

"Just say NO to ***** I went to check into this hotel and as soon as I walked in the lobby I was overwhelmed by the strong smell of ********* that was coming from the direction of the rooms and other guests walking by. I immediately got a headache from the skunk stench. I told the receptionist this was unacceptable for me and I did not feel comfortable staying and being around that type of environment or clientele. The receptionist she said she smelled smoke too, but couldn’t say it was ********* , see my attached translation to her , all while non-smoking signs are posted throughout the lobby. She said there was nothing she could do and she couldn’t issue a refund. I declined to check in or even bother looking at the rooms as this was clear foreshadowing of what my experience would further be. I made my reservation through Trip.com, who tried to get me a refund, but the management of this property would not allow it . Trip then gave me 2300 trip points to compensate for the 160 euros I lost on the reservation and my negative experience. Trip.com representatives were amazing and tried to help resolve the issue on my behalf . Thank you trip ! I wrote this same review on Google Maps and the owner of the property called me a liar , and said I never was a guest at the hotel, which is a LIE! See their attached screenshot . I think this speaks volumes to what type of establishment and management you’d be dealing with if you stay here . A simple apology and a refund would have fixed the problem , basic hospitality 101. I then was inconvenience to find other accommodations , I went to L'imprimerie hôtel in Clichy which was amazing and a great experience. 4 stars! C’est la vie!"
