"Hotel Cleanliness: The hotel room matches the promotional pictures perfectly; the room was clean and tidy, and the sheets and blankets were like new.
Hotel Service: The two lovely ladies at the front desk (the two ladies on duty on April 5th, I forgot to ask their names) provided exceptionally attentive service. They not only offered fruit but also thoughtfully provided children's slippers and supplies, and even helped store food that needed to be frozen.
Hotel Breakfast: Despite the high volume of guests during breakfast rush hour, the hotel's management was excellent; meals were served and replenished quickly. The food was also quite good compared to most Ji Hotel hotels nationwide.
Hotel Transportation: The hotel has a parking lot, making it convenient for those driving. It's only 2.4 kilometers from the Paleozoological Museum of China, so taxis are readily available. While it's a bit of a distance to West Street, it only takes about 20 minutes, and given the difficulty of parking on West Street, taxis are even more convenient and affordable.
Personal Impression: I often stay at hotels like Ji Hotel and Orange Crystal Hotel when traveling. This hotel was excellent in terms of both cleanliness and service, and I would choose it again next time I visit Baoding."

"I came to Baoding on Saturday, April 18, 2026 and stayed for one night. Because there is a Baoding Marathon on Sunday, many routes in the second and third rings of the city center will be restricted, so I found this hotel that is not in the city center and fled the city center before the restrictions. Self-driving will be very convenient, the city center can be reached in half an hour, there is a parking space at the entrance of the hotel, free. The accommodation is spacious and clean, and the decoration facilities are very new. The reception desk on the first floor has a good service attitude and gave two more bottles of mineral water. The washing machine and dryer on the second floor of the hotel are self-service and very convenient. Cost-effective, very satisfied accommodation experience. Not far from the hotel, there is a delicious biscuit clip everything, which can be used as breakfast."

"This hotel is absolutely amazing! Having stayed in so many hotels during my business trips, this one truly surprised and delighted me. First, the service at the door was incredibly warm and attentive, which genuinely touched me. They helped with my luggage and even escorted it to my room. This thoughtful service made me feel right at home. The card access was a delightful surprise. Standing by the floor-to-ceiling windows or lying on the tatami, I could not only enjoy the breathtaking views of East Lake but also witness the vibrant colors of Baoding's neon lights at night. Words like ”elegant and leisurely” are insufficient to describe its beauty. The room size was exactly what I wanted, and the bathroom design was perfect. Even while showering, the water didn't splash everywhere, showing the considerable effort put into its design. The showerhead had a strong water flow, and the toiletries were individually bottled with a naturally pleasant fragrance. The mattress was so comfortable that it reminded me of a seven-character quatrain: ”A mattress as soft as cotton, soothing and sweet for sleep. Even amidst the myriad affairs of the world, let tranquility remain before the bed.” I have a hard time falling asleep, but this bed has given me a wonderful sleep, and I woke up feeling completely happy. Next time I'm in Baoding, this will definitely be my first choice."

"The first time I stayed at Kyriad, I was very surprised. I didn't expect the hotel service to be so good. The front desk took the initiative to call before check-in and asked about the room requirements. Many five-star hotels can't do this. Kyriad did it.
Hotel facilities are very new, the function is very complete, the fruit is plum and snacks, plum is really sweet, like one!
The hotel breakfast is very rich, there is a cucumber fried shrimp in the morning, surprise! And there is Baoding specialty beef cover cake. It is worth mentioning that the hotel has a free supper from 9:30 to 10:30 in the evening. It is not fooled at all. There are a variety of braised noodles, as well as staple foods such as siu mai and bean buns. It provides convenience for passengers who arrive late at night, and it also reflects Baoding's hospitality!
The most important thing is that I forgot to go to the hotel after my medicine checked out. It was a very inconspicuous small bottle and a few pills. But after the hotel's cleaning sister found it, please contact me at the front desk. This is a warm service that I really didn't expect. It proves again that Kyriad's service awareness and level. I really feel the temperature of the people!
Finally, I sincerely thank the hotel, Kyriad has planted grass, and I will stay in Kyriad next time I come to Baoding! !"
