五一假期來保定住的電谷，房間比較緊張，入住前聯繫到酒店，王經理接待的我們，幫忙安排房間，介紹保定的特色小吃，服務非常周到，對酒店整體非常滿意，服務好，每個人都很熱情，發自內心的能打動客人，下次來保定還會再來住，點贊電谷服務！

對酒店很滿意，剛入住8082員工就給我們送來了精美水果，我們在房間拍了很多藝術照片，她及時給我們送來接線板，幫助我們把房間的燈光都打開，給我們介紹房間的設施設備，非常熱情，還給我們贈送了保定專屬的驢肉火燒味薯片，一趟的一趟的送東西，都很有耐心，果然是五星級酒店，服務超值，必須五星好評！
