沒有熱水、沒人處理、服務態度極差、半夜對面門一直在報警前台説她沒辦法，投訴到總部也沒人處理，房型特別多沒有特殊備註，服務人員會説下次你定前樓或者是後樓，你沒有備註誰能分得清，之前在這住是因為距離近出差方便，後來再也沒住過，認可遠一點
