領導來保定特意選擇卓正酒店，剛辦完入住牛經理就跟進電話微信添加，對房間的安排是否滿意進行詢問，還特意告訴我有任何需要隨時聯繫他，服務很專業，很貼心，第二天退房着急充電寶遺留在酒店，我跟牛經理一溝通她特意開車親自給我送了一趟，這裏的服務讓我感到很驚喜也很驚訝，下次接待領導肯定還會選擇卓正。

老牌酒店，房間寬敞舒適，裝修很符合當年豪華賓館的氣質，非現代裝潢，但是該有的全有了，老牌酒店的底藴還在。酒店地理位置優越，去哪都方便，停車位充足。酒店配套的中餐廳味道也不錯，湯泉泡泡也很舒服。酒店服務很熱情，特別感謝一下大堂牛經理，晚餐送了水果，還升級了房型。熱情周到，點個贊！
