老牌五星級酒店，大堂非常大氣明亮，服務非常棒，一進門就感受到賓至如歸的温馨，房間挺大，衞生挺乾淨，退房還送了伴手禮及水果，下次還會去住。

超出預期，雖然酒店年代比較老，但設施維護很好。有老式酒店味道。酒店服務人員也很熱情，特別是車場保安，雖然從酒店正門到車場沒有幾步路。但是保安熱情主動接過行李幫助送到車旁幫助裝車。能夠看到熱情是發自內心的。酒店泳池也不錯。水質乾淨，有淺水和深水兩個泳池供不同人選擇。

入住感受非常滿意，我們帶着小朋友，也沒有特意説前台工作人員就給了高層無煙房。停車場保安師傅熱情周到，主動上前幫忙提行李。酒店房間寬敞，各種東西也都比較齊全，特別是枕頭有很多款可以挑選，還準備了果盤和睡前牛奶，給小朋友準備了小玩偶。總之是一次很不錯的體驗。

來保定玩，秀蘭飯店的氣勢彰顯了國家級的標準，大廳富麗堂皇，房間寬敞大氣，前台小姐姐更是温柔漂亮。
環境：乾淨明亮，有直隸總督的氣質，二層的餐廳和衞生間都有細節。周圍有很多飯店，一樓的保定會館更是保定菜的典範，太有檔次了。
服務：工作人員都很彬彬有禮，有求必應。礦泉水給的很足，晚安奶，水果、飲料，免費提供，還有開夜房服務。
臨走給了我們小禮物，感動滿滿。保定一趟不虛此行，謝謝全體因工作人員，希望秀蘭飯店越來越好，成為百年大飯店。

秀蘭飯店位置好，從進停車場就感受到五星服務，服務人員都很熱情，禮貌的打招呼，房間每天提供很多免費的水，水果，讓人很舒服，這次入住非常滿意。值得推薦。
