我昨天晚上九點多定的房子，我因為臨時變更行程就沒去住，三點多我在平台申請的全額退款，應該是前台或者是老闆操作沒有退款成功，我在今天早上給打電話，説什麼房子留了一晚上，一會説要在八點之前打電話跟她説，在我説了我九點多才訂的房之後，又給我來一句説是我早不給她們打電話，我真的是服了，電話的末尾還不忘説個讓我下次注意一點，真的就是衹能吃個啞巴虧了。我以前也在酒店裡麪幹過，從來沒想過這個事情會發生在自己身上，真就是離譜**給離譜開門，離譜到家了
