"We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!"

Their service is truly meticulous and reliable. My stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"A great hotel, the actual experience matches the pictures on Ctrip, and parking is convenient. We stayed on the 23rd floor, with a view of the Wei River, the largest tributary of the Yellow River that flows through the city. The bedding in the room was very good, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area for a dry and wet separation. Bottled water was available on the table in the elevator area on each floor. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the noodles were delicious. The "One Bowl of Spicy Oil" hot pot restaurant recommended by the receptionist was excellent, and the receptionist was polite, warm, and understanding. Overall, a great new hotel, five stars."

"Facilities: International chain hotel, quality assured, room facilities are very good, mainly the room area is large, it feels very spacious for work or sleep. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, every corner is clean. Service: The service is worth mentioning. First of all, for the first-time online customers, milk will be delivered in the afternoon. There is a seafood buffet in the western restaurant on the first floor on Fridays and Saturdays. Cheesecake is made for me, super delicious😄 Every service staff is very enthusiastic and very nice"

The hotel staff were excellent; from the front desk to the room attendants, everyone was very polite and patient. Any needs we had were quickly resolved. The rooms and hallways were also very clean, with no unpleasant odors. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again next time."

"First off, the hotel is incredibly close to Baoji Station, right across from Guomao Plaza. The cleanliness and overall environment are excellent. The room itself is nice, and the bathroom even has disposable toilet seat covers. The water temperature and pressure in the shower are also very good. The soundproofing in the room is fantastic, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options; the 'Star Road Noodle' advertised is particularly good. The only drawbacks were how long it took to check in, and it would be helpful if the Wi-Fi password could be provided directly to guests during check-in."
