A truly wonderful stay! Their Shiba Inu, Tiger, is truly adorable. He even walked us to our room and then left (without ever entering). Breakfast and afternoon tea were both exquisite. The lychee fruit for afternoon tea reminded us of a recent hit TV series. The minibar was also free, and we even took some leftovers to go. The private onsen was also fantastic! We enjoyed a relaxing soak, the room was spotless, and the housekeeper was incredibly responsive. A special shout-out to Xiaolan, the housekeeper, for promptly delivering takeout and other items we needed. Although the B&B's facade isn't large, it's a truly enchanting experience once you enter. Inside, you'll find a large Chinese-style courtyard, connecting corridors, and tea room, all imbued with oriental charm and artistic conception. It's clear the owners of Shanlan B&B have put a lot of thought into the layout of the property. We love it here and would definitely buy a property there if we have the chance.

Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good. Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low. Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved. Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!

The environment is very good, the room is very clean, that is, the air conditioning in the room on the third floor has not been cool at the beginning. The last solution given by the hotel is to change our two rooms (one twin bed, one big bed) to three rooms on the first floor (one twin bed, two big beds), We are very satisfied with this and deserve praise!

The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!

Health 🧹: 1. As soon as I entered the room, I was going to find bath towels for the child to take a shower. I found that the bath towels and floor towels in the toilet on the first floor were placed under the faucet, decorated with hidden drainage pipes and the cabinet of the general faucet. See Figure 1. After soaking in the hot spring, go back to the room to take a shower, let the cleaning clean the room before going out, after eating, I found that the dirty bath towels and floor towels were not replaced, and the used wet bath towels and wet bathrobes were rubbed into a ball and placed in the hanging closet, see Figure 2. But! The staff in the restaurant department are very timely in both clearing and renewing meals, and they will be new without waiting. Room 🏠: I ordered a luxurious duplex. There are two single mattresses on the tatami on the first floor. The second floor is a 1.5 bed. It is very convenient to have toilets on both floors. The sound insulation is also very good. I didn't hear any noise during the stay.

This parent-child hotel is really low-key and not very publicized. I always took my children to Banyan Tree before, and then I went to Huayi twice. After coming here, I feel much better than Banyan Tree Huayi. The price is close to the people, the facilities are very new, the room is large, and the bed fence is also available. Wow! This hotel is absolutely beautiful. As soon as I arrived, I felt like I was in a natural oxygen bar; the air was so fresh and refreshing.
