We are touring cyclists from England, and don’t speak Mandarin. The staff were so kind and welcoming, with special thanks to the lady boss at reception who kindly allowed us to store our bicycles inside and was very gracious from check-in to check-out. What really impressed me were the in-room amenities like a foldable drying rack and a garment steamer. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a shared kitchen, which is something I've never seen in a hotel before. It's perfectly suited for business meetings, work trips, or those on a self-driving tour. Highly recommended!

I brought my child to Baoji for a competition, and this hotel is right next to Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. I booked a cinema king room, and in the evening, my child and I enjoyed watching 'Running Man' projected on the screen, which was great. The bedding was also very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and even thoughtfully offered us bottled water when we checked out, so we'd have something to drink while out and about.
