GGuest UserThe environment is great. You can take a dip in Phoenix Hot Spring, but I still like the small hot spring pool in the backyard. It is clean and casual, the food is exquisite and delicious, and the drinks are unlimited. The most important thing is that there is a hot drink cabinet. When I wake up in the morning, I can drink something hot. It is so comfortable. Before Looking at the reviews, everyone mentioned that the butler service was very good! The experience is really extraordinary, the chrysanthemum tea is brewed properly. The room supplies are also carefully thought of, and I think I will bring my family to check them out again.

GGuest UserBring your family and children to Taibai Mountain during the holiday. The experience is superb. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are particularly well lit. The bedding is comfortable and reliable. Especially the children like it very much. There are deer to play. There is a hanging basket in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is large. The hotel facilities are brand new. It is newly renovated and the hygiene is in place. The transportation is very convenient, the service is satisfactory, the environment is good, it is a very cost-effective hotel.

CCameo19An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

GGuest UserSuper super super comfortable hotel, in order to give a friend a birthday special booking, then the merchant also upgraded the room type for free, the facilities are very clean, and then cleaned every day is super nice, and the room will be changed regularly. The balloons arranged for friends are super nice and the photos are also very nice. Then when I don’t pick the balloon, I accidentally glued the wall skin down. The merchants are also super nice and didn’t ask us to compensate. I wish us a happy life. This is a super super hotel, Baoji top one, I will definitely stay here next time.

The hotel breakfast has a wide variety of options and tastes quite good. I booked the private hot spring bath, which was reassuring and relaxing. Overall, I'm satisfied 👍. The only downside is that the weekend price is a bit high; I recommend coming during the week for better value.

TTianxingzhelukeI drove from Xi'an for the weekend. I lived in the Guanzhong Style Garden next to me last year. This time I wanted to change a hotel and experience Radisson. The parent-child room here is a duplex. The first floor is tatami with two single beds. The second floor is a 1.5 rice bed. There are bathroom showers upstairs and downstairs. very convenient. The basement is large and parking is convenient. The hot springs are all outdoor pools, with more than a dozen sizes. The largest pool is in the shape of a Chinese layout, which is a bit interesting from the upstairs. Breakfast and dinner are in the cafeteria on the second floor. Breakfast has local flavors such as Fufeng dumpling noodles and Douhua bubble dumplings. What needs to be proposed is that the mattress in the room is hard and a bit uncomfortable. In addition, I lived in the 8708 duplex parent-child suite. The next morning, I opened the second-floor curtains. There was a black plastic cover under the eaves outside the window. I don't know what it was, but it was a bit scary. I hope the hotel can deal with it as soon as possible.

GGuest UserIt should be an old hotel with relatively complete facilities. Compared with the newly opened hotels, it is not smart enough. I have to complain that the toilet and wash are designed together. It is awkward to use the toilet and wash your face together. The smell is not good. Moreover, the toilet door is not closed carefully. (Sliding door) If it is not closed properly, the door will open by itself. There is a dressing mirror opposite the toilet, and you will live broadcast while using the toilet. But compared with the price of 524 during the May Day holiday, the cost performance is not very high. The price on Gaode map is more than 460. The difference between the two platforms is more than 60 yuan, which is quite outrageous.

AatkhsnaRoom was spacious. The receptionist is very helpful even though they are not understand english well, but they are very helpful. They are try to communicate using the translator and try to help as much as possible. The food are variety. The room is clean because everything they are doing the housekeeping. Overall I am satisfied unless for one thing. The door keep on making some noise due to the locking is not tight, so when there's some wind, the door keep on vibrate and making some noise. But overall, this hotel is really recommended.

GGuest UserThis was taken when I checked out. I stayed there for 3 consecutive nights. There is a snack street downstairs that is quite lively and has a nice environment. Breakfast upstairs is 10 yuan. The breakfast price is quite good for Jinjiang Star Hotel. There is no smell of smoke. There is a Xiaocui Saozi Noodles next to it but I didn't have time to try it. There is a rolled noodle skin opposite to the west which is also very good.

GGuest UserI took my family and kids out for a relaxing getaway, and the experience was surprisingly fantastic. It's a perfect hot spring hotel for a weekend of relaxation and recharge. The service was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The pools are small, but large enough for the whole family. The kids played by the pool, and the staff were attentive and kept an eye on them. It was super nice! Oh, and the breakfast was delicious and varied, especially the fried noodles! Overall, the value for money was excellent, and the experience was fantastic!
