Hot spring Hotels in Baoting

Location: hotel is located far from Sanya, in the middle of the Forest which is good for hiking to Qixian Mountain and also that gives you a totally different experience than the rest of places near Sanya. On the other hand it is quite far and it takes some time to get here by DiDi from Yalong bay. Hiking: The hotel staff helped us arrange the transportation to the Qixian Mountain entrance (40rmb both ways/per person). The driver was extremely friendly. Then we begin our hike which is quite challenging. It takes around 4 hours for the whole trip. On the top you can climb by using chains which is cool. Hot springs: Hotel has a few hot springs which are pleasant to enjoy but quite small and also in the evening the guard took the water away from the hot spring at 7pm😅 Swimming pool: swimming pool with the palm tree is absolutely amazing and great for taking pictures. Restaurant: near lobby there is one restaurant that serves Chinese cuisine but I wouldn’t recommend it. We waited for so long for a few dishes and the staff felt so uncomfortable dealing with foreigners. The other restaurant 7/5 is much better. We had a nice lunch there. In general we enjoyed our stay here but we were a little disappointed with the hotel’s amenities which were old. Everything looks much better in the photos than in real life. I’m not sure if I would recommend this place.

The hotel environment is very good, parking is convenient, very quiet, the smart robot leads the way to the room, the room is quite standard, with a balcony. The bed is very comfortable and soft. The hot spring has an outdoor public pool; there is also an indoor one, divided by men and women, and you need to register to enter; there is also a small pool in the guest room, where you can soak yourself. The breakfast is average, with not many varieties. Two tickets to the betel nut garden are also given when booking a room.

The hotel architecture was very nice, made good use of tall and beautiful spaces. Being in the middle of the rainforest, it is quiet and relaxing. The food is not so good, the cooks don’t seem to understand produce very well and end up eating tough meat and and very dried fish. The breakfast zhou is not so bad though. Apart from the food, the staff wasn’t too useful with the covid policies, they didn’t facilitate or helped us to get to a covid testing place so we end up spending the entire day just for that. The place is clean, not much else to say about that. Installations are a bit old, some of the lights are flickering, woodwork needs some love. But the best part is the bathtub, very big very clear and comfortable with thermal mineral waters coming straight from the mountains. I

The fried chicken with leaves is also good. Service: Nothing to say. Because I checked in after climbing Qixianling, I was very tired, so I took a hot spring bath in the morning and evening. I called the front desk a lot, and they were very patient every time. Whenever I met a service staff on the way, they would greet me. They had all the services they should have, and there were also unexpected surprises. Facilities: It's a hotel of some years, and it's good to keep it in this state. Hygiene: Nothing to say. I will continue here next time

During the winter vacation, I took my parents and baby to stay for one night. The private soup is very good. Although it is indoors, the room is large and will not affect the accommodation. The privacy of the private soup is also very good. It is also very clean. The outdoor hot spring is a bit small, there is a small piece, but there are quite a lot of fish in the small fish hot spring. The hotel has enough negative oxygen ions, the hot spring bath is very enjoyable, the sleep quality is average, the mattress needs to be improved, the service needs to be optimized, the breakfast dishes can be optimized, and the service can be further improved.

The room they gave us had a horrible smell. We had to upgrade to another room as they didn't have any other rooms for a similar price. The private bath was nice and clean but the common baths were half open and choices were limited. All in all it was okay but probably wouldn't recommend for this price.

In your spare time, you can also drink tea in the courtyard and sing at the KTV downstairs. In summary, I want to privateize this treasure hotel, but I can't help but recommend it. I will come again next time.
