酒店設施老舊，房間很大，衞生很一般，床的質量差，翻個身床墊跟着走，房間配2瓶水不夠喝，打電話給前台要水，前台説送2瓶水超出要收費的，我們住過多給城市的維也納酒店，第一次聽説水收費，。前台要求客人給好評，説送小禮物，感覺最差的一次入住體驗。
