Definitely the nicest hotel in Baotou. Great location near good restaurants and very easy to get a taxi if you want to go further. Service was very help and breakfast had great Chinese and Western options. Even during Spring Festival everything was very clean and service was attentive. Will definitely stay again!

The location is very good, with free parking. I stay at his place every time I pass through Baotou during the holidays. I got a free room upgrade and free minibar drinks. It was my first time to experience his gym, which was very spacious and had new facilities. It only opened at 9am, which was a bit too late. 1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

It rained in Baotou on the day of check-in, but the hotel was very warm. After a break, a manager surnamed Ma called to ask if he was satisfied in all aspects, and then said that he could give me a free upgrade to the presidential suite! This room type seems to have two rooms on each floor, and the last number is 88 and 66! I decisively changed to room 66 on the executive floor. There are living rooms, dining rooms, study rooms, two bathrooms! Breakfast is very local, there are lamb roast wheat, pot tea, sheep soup, the taste is also very good! There are many buildings in the whole hotel, garden-style, the environment is very good! At present, it seems that there is a welcome building for sale, other buildings, the state guest building, the VIP building for the use of leaders and meetings (personal feeling is this), in short, a very satisfying experience! Later, Baotou will stay at Qingshan Hotel again!
