The suite rooms were decent, though old, and well-maintained. The service was still friendly with smiles, but interdepartmental coordination was poor; I got three or four different answers from just one person in the lounge. The Inner Mongolians were very welcoming, but attention to detail was lacking, such as breakfast times, locations, and how to get to your room. The breakfast was excellent value and highly recommended; it had a very Inner Mongolian feel.

The staff were very attentive when I checked in late at night.

I chose this hotel because of its only advantage: quietness (but the air conditioning is so loud that this advantage is basically negated). The environment is very quiet, but there are no shops around, making it inconvenient for eating, shopping, and getting around; you can only go out by taxi. The room was extremely hot! Turning on the air conditioning was completely useless; even at 18 degrees Celsius, it wasn't cool at all. Is your air conditioner fake? It was so hot I couldn't sleep at night, and the air conditioner was making a loud, rattling noise; how long has it been since it was repaired? Aside from that, it's just a standard hotel setup, nothing special, and not good value for money.

Nestled within a park, the hotel boasts classic state guesthouse amenities. A jogging trail encircles the hotel, shaded by lush trees, and the island in the lake is home to ducks, geese, turkeys, and peacocks—the environment is truly exceptional. Parking in front of the main building is somewhat limited; returning late requires finding alternative street parking within the park. The guest rooms feature a simple and elegant modern Chinese style. All facilities are well-maintained. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and a smart toilet, although the bathtub is a bit small. The breakfast selection is decent, including local specialty savory milk tea and freshly made lamb shumai. While there weren't many guests during the 9:30 am peak time, several empty trays in the bakery area remained unrefilled for a long time.

Environment: The hotel environment is quite good, with a lot of landscaping. Hygiene: The room was well kept, very clean, and everything was complete. Because I stayed for two consecutive days, the cleaning was very clean in between. Service: The receptionist is Xiao Xu, who answers questions very quickly. The introduction is also very detailed. Keep working hard.

老賓館，1.2米的床，床墊太軟了，睡得非常難受。但是酒店整體設計風格還是很大氣的，大廳，宴會大廳氣派，園子大。因為親戚結婚，不讓使用1米長的手持紙質的小禮炮，找到大堂經理，給出的理由是紙片落地後，不好打掃。我們承諾我們放了以後可以自己把地掃乾淨。酒店仍然説酒店有規定，不可以放。我覺的這一點應該改進，因為在這個酒店辦婚禮，包了大廳，幾十桌宴席，來參加宴會的賓客也有很多住在這裏。一場婚禮為酒店帶來這麼多的消費，酒店為什麼不能為這對新人送上一點方便呢，為什麼一定要給新人婚禮上添堵呢。衹是麻煩一點，掃個地的事。我覺的這種國企老賓館應該轉變思想，以消費者的需求為出發點。

標準星級花園式賓館，但服務讓人瞠目結舌。特別是門前的保安，不但毫無禮貌可言，用“無知”二字形容吧，已是對他們最大包容啦！實在趾高氣揚、野蠻透頂！今天中午，要辦理退房，在迎賓樓路邊臨時泊一會車，突然，來了一個穿着黑色保安服的五大三粗“李逵”，不僅毫無禮貌，且氣勢洶洶厲聲喝道：不許停車！我在執行任務，你要停車，我就報警！我跟他解釋一下，什麼都聽不進去。首先説，你們是對外公開的服務管所，在攜程網等平台上，公開徵訂旅店服務寓所，北京的釣魚台國賓館也沒見到這種保安！真不知道貴賓館，是什麼樣企業文化，給人感覺就是一個十足的黑店！
