"My stay at Shangri-La Baotou far exceeded my expectations! Even before checking in, I received a call from the hotel arranging the room according to my preferences. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively helped with luggage, and the front desk staff were warm and meticulous, introducing the hotel's restaurants and fitness center. The room was clean and hygienic! I've had their shaomai before and it was good, but this time I was particularly impressed by the new mutton buns at breakfast – absolutely amazing! My family really enjoyed the freshly fried dough sticks. Overall, the entire check-in process was excellent, and the hotel's location is superb! It's only about a 15-minute drive from the highway exit! Finally, a special shout-out to Avila Wang."

"On-site parking was convenient, although the lot was nearly full when I arrived around midnight. The front desk is on the 6th floor, and the receptionist was very welcoming. The room was comfortable, with clean, crisp white bedding, and a large bathtub. All the little details were great, and overall, I had a very positive experience! The only minor hiccup was that the faucet handle broke. I had to guide the engineering staff to bring screwdrivers and pliers, and I ended up fixing the valve myself. But that's a minor point; it's definitely worth recommending!"

"Overall, it was a great stay. They offer complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack. The afternoon tea includes fruit and small pastries, while the late-night snack has eggs, preserved vegetables, and congee. If you're a light eater, you might not even need dinner! The bed was made of two 1.2m single beds pushed together, but you couldn't feel the seam at all. It's the widest bed I've ever seen, and I slept very comfortably. The decor and ambiance are lovely, just like in the pictures. Just a heads-up, the exterior promotional photos are quite retouched; the hotel is actually located on a rather narrow street. The service was excellent, and it's rare to find a 3 PM checkout. They even proactively offered a small gift when I left. Overall, it's very good value for money and highly recommended! 👍"

The lobby does not look particularly good, but the room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The whole house is smart, there is a free parking lot, and there is a self-service laundry room on the sixth floor of the hotel. The breakfast has a full range of varieties and tastes good. The front desk service attitude is good, recommended."
