"The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the hygiene is spotless. The service is attentive and friendly, and they even allowed a late check-out until 3 PM. On the first floor, there's a buffet-style coffee and late-night snack service from Xianmeng, along with afternoon tea. Afternoon tea is from 2 PM to 5 PM, and the late-night snacks are from 8 PM to 11 PM. All items in the room are complimentary."

"There seems to be a communication problem between departments. We tried to book a hotpot dinner for 6 people, but the front desk said it was fully booked for the evening. We left our number to be notified. Dinner starts at 6 PM, and by past 7 PM, we still hadn't received a call. So, we decided to go to the restaurant to check the situation. At the restaurant's reception, the staff asked how many people were in our party and said a 6-person table had just canceled its reservation, and they were about to call us. So, we went in. To our surprise, once inside, there were at least 6 or 7 empty tables for 6 people. We also noticed another 3 consecutive 6-person tables that were empty in another section. Additionally, several 4-person and 2-person tables were also empty. Yet, the front desk had claimed the hotpot was fully booked. Pictures confirm this. If all these empty tables were indeed reserved, why were they still available after 7 PM for a walk-in, while genuine customers like us were left waiting unnecessarily? What kind of reservation system do you have? If these tables weren't reserved, why were both the front desk and the gate staff telling everyone it was fully booked? Don't tell me these empty tables were just vacated by the previous wave of guests. One or two tables, maybe, but it's too much of a coincidence for 7 consecutive tables to have just left. I'm unsure if it's a management issue or if the staff were deliberately messing with customers, but the overall feeling was terrible. Next time I visit Xiangshawan, I definitely won't choose a hotel on the island again."

"During the summer vacation, I took my children to Baotou to travel. I chose the Orange Hotel next to Baotou Museum. Everything was very new. The environmental service was particularly good. The breakfast buffet was very rich and the luggage storage had new facilities. Laundry room, gym card swipe in, better protect the interests of in-house guests. Stay here next time."

"Awesome! This is my favorite hotel. First is the vegetarian buffet restaurant, which is delicious! A wide variety of stir-fries, pizzas, cakes and hotpots. Secondly, the bedding is comfortable and the sponge memory pillow is extremely helpful for sleeping. The indoor lighting is also very soft, giving a relaxing and warm feeling. Paired with a small coffee table and four types of tea, you can enjoy Kung Fu tea and have a warm and comfortable sip. Once again, the smart toilet is so convenient! The bathroom is also equipped with laundry detergent and skin care products, which is very considerate. Shampoo and shower gel are both Herborist brands. The shower is also very designed! Furthermore, the front desk receptionists, restaurant waiters and room attendants are all warm and polite. All in all, a nice and considerate hotel. Affordable price, five-star experience!"
