GGuest UserThe location is on the roadside and there is a parking space, which is very convenient.
The hotel is clean and the environment is quiet.
The room area is quite large, the sky curtain room has no ventilation windows, the room is a bit stuffy, and everything else is fine. The tatami children love it.
The staff was neatly dressed, politely greeted the whole process, patiently introduced, extra bed quilt, and tried to help me find the quilt of the manager on duty. The service was really superb.
The breakfast is particularly good, the variety is rich, and the taste is great.
There is a shopping mall next to it, you can go shopping at night, it is very lively, and you can charge the car.
Recommend to play in Baotou, must live here!

GGuest UserThe hotel is easy to find, and the navigation system takes you directly to the parking lot. I called the front desk and was able to park for free there. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was very clean and the disposable supplies were complete, making it a safe stay. Most importantly, the price was very affordable, and the value for money was excellent.

DDorothy CheongWe received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks.
The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage.
Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda.
Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in a motorhome, and it was beyond my expectations. The Starry Sky Motorhome was very bright and spacious, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. We watched a yurt performance here, and the children rode a small train and played go-karts. The bonfire party was very exciting, and we all danced together. The next day, we also watched lambs in the pastoral area and drank Mongolian milk tea. I would like to mention that the housekeeper, Miss Li Jiamin, was very warm and considerate in her service, and the children liked her very much.

The hotel is also very conveniently located, close to attractions and business districts. I could easily get to wherever I wanted without worrying about transportation. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service, which was very attentive.
The hotel's restaurant and bar were also excellent. The food was varied and varied, with both Chinese and Western dishes being highly recommended. The prices were also very reasonable, allowing me to enjoy the food without having to worry about breaking the bank.

2. Suggestion: The toilet in room 6205 leaks continuously, the door handle on the right side of the wardrobe is hung, and the screw below is loose, so that the engineering department master can repair it best.
Next time I come to Baotou, I will stay at the hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe room itself is OK, and the hotel standard seems to be relatively high. At first I thought it was at the top of the mountain, but it turned out to be at the foot of the mountain. The hotel provided tickets, and you need to take the room card to the ticket office to exchange for tickets. After exchanging the tickets, you need to come back to check out the card, which is a bit inhumane. The small bottle of shampoo in the room was empty when I entered. I guess it was not replaced after the previous guest stayed. The front desk clerk was very slow and not people-oriented. We, a group of elderly and children, were allocated four rooms, but we were placed in the innermost part of the hotel, in a super long corridor, with six turns in total. If the other rooms were already full, there would be nothing to say. The key point is that we went there on a weekday, and there were not many tourists in total. There were only four or five tables of guests at most in the restaurant in the morning. A hotel with such good environment and facilities should improve its service quality and efficiency
