GGuest UserMy partner and I chose the Donglin Lisha Hotel for our recent trip to Baotou, and the experience was fantastic! The room was fully smart-equipped, with voice-controlled lighting and curtains, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The Mengbaihe Zero Pressure Bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly until morning without feeling tired at all. The cleanliness was impeccable, even the corners were spotless. The receptionist was also very attentive, proactively upgrading our room and even providing us with some snacks. The location is also very convenient, close to the train station, making getting around super easy. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Baotou, and I highly recommend it to couples!

GGuest UserOutlook not promising but room size is good, bed is good., and clean room. Water pressure good.
Only thing really annoying, smoking permitted everywhere, once you open the door lift, people sitting there smoking despite is a indoor non ventilated area, so smoke all the way to your room. Attention should be paid to this as we requested non smoking floor, non smoking room, away frok smoking.
Staff is ok, just you wont feel the sincerity of service. Its just std sop.
Laundry room is a plus as we travelling more than 20days, so we have been washing almost all the stop at hotel.
Smart toilet is partial smart again, without bidet wash... Lol

GGuest UserReally beautiful hotel room. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. The only reason we haven’t given full points is the bed was the hardest we have ever experienced and we didn’t get a full nights sleep during our stay. We know that Chinese people like a hard bed, unfortunately us westerners prefer a bit softer. I ended up sleeping on top of the doona on the last night with dressing gown over the top. My husband slept on the sofa. On the last morning there were a lot of alarms going off and we weren’t sure if they were fire alarms. We couldn’t find a fire drill or map on exits etc. something like that on the door would be handy in English as well as Chinese. Apart from that a very good hotel.

GGuest UserOn-site parking was convenient, although the lot was nearly full when I arrived around midnight. The front desk is on the 6th floor, and the receptionist was very welcoming. The room was comfortable, with clean, crisp white bedding, and a large bathtub. All the little details were great, and overall, I had a very positive experience! The only minor hiccup was that the faucet handle broke. I had to guide the engineering staff to bring screwdrivers and pliers, and I ended up fixing the valve myself. But that's a minor point; it's definitely worth recommending!

The front desk service is warm and intimate, check-in and check-out are very fast, and the location is very convenient. Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view.
Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily.
As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee.
The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated!
The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

YYuemingqiuloubaiNestled within a park, the hotel boasts classic state guesthouse amenities. A jogging trail encircles the hotel, shaded by lush trees, and the island in the lake is home to ducks, geese, turkeys, and peacocks—the environment is truly exceptional. Parking in front of the main building is somewhat limited; returning late requires finding alternative street parking within the park.
The guest rooms feature a simple and elegant modern Chinese style. All facilities are well-maintained. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and a smart toilet, although the bathtub is a bit small.
The breakfast selection is decent, including local specialty savory milk tea and freshly made lamb shumai. While there weren't many guests during the 9:30 am peak time, several empty trays in the bakery area remained unrefilled for a long time.

DDorothy CheongWe received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks.
The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage.
Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda.
Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

GGuest UserI spent several days at your hotel and was deeply impressed by the warm, attentive service of your staff, especially Ms. Li, the housekeeper on the 15th floor. Her dedication and attentive service truly made me feel at home. The restaurant on the second floor also has a wonderful atmosphere and unique dishes, making it perfect for group dining. I will definitely visit your hotel again.
