Hotel facilities and health are very good, service is also very good. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, introducing attractions and recommending special dining. We have old and small family trips, and we took the initiative to help us with our luggage when we arrived at the store. When we left the store at noon on May 29, the two men at the front desk (forgot to ask for their names) took the initiative to help us push our luggage, and the same car as us came to help us carry our luggage and send us to the car. thank you very much. I haven't been here for a few years. The hotel has been renovated. I personally like the style very much. There is freshly ground coffee in the lobby. Many hotels also have coffee, but the beans here are really good. Don't criticize me. I am also a coffee lover. If you know, you can try it. The tea provided by the front desk is also good. It is very comfortable to drink tea and chat with friends in the lobby. Breakfast is also something I pay attention to. It has been improved a lot this time. The quality is good. Location is great if you do not have kids. It is on the Baotou Iron and Steel Road, main avenue of the city. Hotel is closed to major shopping malls and parks. But to walk there with a toddler who wants to be held up could be tiring. The hotel is very nice in terms of tranquility. My room has a problem of aircon condensation but was fixed after i inform the staff

My partner and I chose the Donglin Lisha Hotel for our recent trip to Baotou, and the experience was fantastic! The room was fully smart-equipped, with voice-controlled lighting and curtains, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The Mengbaihe Zero Pressure Bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly until morning without feeling tired at all. The cleanliness was impeccable, even the corners were spotless. The receptionist was also very attentive, proactively upgrading our room and even providing us with some snacks. The location is also very convenient, close to the train station, making getting around super easy. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Baotou, and I highly recommend it to couples!

Checked in around 10:30 pm on the 28th of the ***** year. The front desk was very welcoming and gave two breakfast coupons. The bed was very comfortable. I actually only slept for six hours and was woken up by my wife's alarm clock. Breakfast from 7 to 10 o'clock. The mutton soup and cold dishes were good. The steamed buns and fried eggs were average. I used the washing machine and dryer, made tea, and watched a Persian class on the screen. By the way, southerners coming to the north can't stand the heat of the heater. I can only open the window, otherwise it's very hot 😉 Checked out before noon. The front desk gave me a bag of souvenirs, peanuts, melon seeds and apples, which was quite interesting

We received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks. The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage. Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda. Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

A nice hotel! A simple spread of cakes and biscuits provided for teatime, and a bowl of noodles for supper👏👏👏👏Was upgraded to a bigger room when we checked in! Everything was good except water seeps through the glass door when taking a bath thus making the outside area wet! Floor mat is also not provided!

The hotel has only been open for a few years, the bedding is comfortable and the room is clean.
