這個酒店稍微有點令人失望，設施，乍一看是挺好的，但是不管是走廊還是房間通風很差，走廊悶熱，房間的衞生間洗澡間幾乎沒有通風，不知道酒店的設備部門是如何處理的，衞生不太好，整個房間看似乾淨，但是不知道為什麼總瀰漫著一股不乾淨的抹布的味道。床品是羽絨的沒錯，但感覺羽絨沒有處理好枕頭有一股羽毛的臭味，被子也是，可能需要採購更好的東西吧，餐廳還是非常好的，早餐種類多，服務人員也很積極，需要改進的地方還是有一些的

酒店整體還不錯，畢竟是包頭最好的酒店。門廳的引導大爺態度超級好也很熱心，早餐不錯，燒賣好吃，但是9點半去的時候菜補充的很慢，可能是快收餐了吧。前台服務OK，含的門票沒主動給，估計是忘了，又自己下去去了一趟。
