訂了5天行政房，攜程寫着包含mini bar，第一天入住冰箱是空的，找客服詢問，客服支支吾吾不想給，星我再三要求後給了三瓶飲料！敷衍得太過明顯！（對比放在最後的是廣州四季的mini bar）！自己買了啤酒飲料，結果冰箱不製冷，找客服協商換冰箱，客服很不耐煩告知酒店所有冰箱都這樣！洗髮水沐浴液都是大瓶罐裝的，其他5星酒店都是一次性小瓶裝！玻璃太臟，外面臟還能理解，房間內層也是一層灰！酒店隔音差，隔壁房間打電話能很清楚聽到內容，有的房間半夜12多還在喧嘩吵鬧，看到其他評論説的毫無誠意的解決辦法我忍下來沒找客服，感覺找了也沒用！

酒店位置很不錯，進入大堂給我一種低調優雅的感覺。一出八樓電梯迎面就是小姐姐熱情親切的打招呼，房內整潔乾淨，床墊非常舒服，酒廊也乾淨明亮，工作人員都非常專業，很熟練的應對我的諮詢，處理問題很出色，能夠及時為客人提供服務，周邊出行也是相當的方便，Kelly小姐姐從入住到退房都一直細心周到的服務，我很滿意
