Great
シシュウさんI flew from Hokkaido to Haneda for an overnight stay, with an early morning flight the next day. So, I didn't get to use many of the hotel's facilities. However, there's one thing that truly stood out: the free shuttle bus service to and from the airport and Kawasaki Station. It ran perfectly on schedule, exactly as published, and the drivers were incredibly polite, professional, and even helped with luggage. The instructions for taking the shuttle on the hotel's website were also very accurate. Upon check-in, the front desk provides a boarding pass; make sure to keep it with you, as you'll need to show it to the driver whether you're going to Kawasaki Station or the airport. Besides catching the shuttle on time from the designated spot at T2 upon arrival, I also took a ride to Kawasaki Station after checking in. From Kawasaki Station, I took the JR to Ueno Park, which cost 440 yen one way, passing through famous stations like Shinagawa, Tokyo Station, and Akihabara along the way. In the evening, I returned to Kawasaki Station and caught the last shuttle back to the hotel exactly at 10:45 PM. The next morning, I took the first shuttle of the day from the hotel to the airport at 5:20 AM, again, perfectly on time. This kind of reliability is incredibly important for travelers. Next time, I'll definitely plan to stay for a few more days. A big thank you to all the hotel bus drivers! 🌹
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic – just cross the street and you're at the subway station, with an underground passage leading directly to the subway for Haneda Airport. Plus, there are countless dining options nearby. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and spacious. Even though it's an older hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent too. I'll definitely recommend it to friends visiting Kawasaki!
GGuest UserMe and my girlfriend booked at the slash hotel for 9 days on our first trip to Japan ! It was an amazing experience and the hotel was perfect for the two of us(the rooms are a little small compared to the pictures they provided but again, it was perfect for us)😊. It’s close to many amazing ramen restaurants with lots of night activities ! It also was right next to many convenient stores and a drug store for your needs ! They have the coffee and tea area on the 10th floor that my girlfriend loved and was free of charge so she was able to get her morning coffee everyday 😆. I highly recommend this hotel if you either need a quick place to stay or even for a whole Japan trip like us as foreigners. The staff was really helpful and kind and not to mention the service was amazing with breakfast so I would also recommend getting the breakfast package when staying ( if you don’t, you can still purchase breakfast there if needed).
Thank you so much Kawasaki hotel for the amazing experience and care that we received !
GGuest UserA charming small hotel with a Japanese-style atmosphere. Located in a residential district of Kawasaki, about a 10-minute walk from the train and metro stations. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated in traditional Japanese style, featuring a raised futon bed. The large bathroom includes a whirlpool bathtub. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a Japanese kimono for walking around the property are provided in the room. The hotel does not have a traditional reception desk. On the ground floor, there's a cozy lounge where breakfast is served (simple pre-set meals—miso soup and a rice sandwich). A unique feature is the 24-hour access to a selection of several types of sake, drinks, juices, craft beer, and hot snacks in the hotel lobby—all included in the room rate. In summary, a modern hotel with authentic Japanese flair and the added bonus of free sake tasting. Highly recommended.
IINCHULAlthough it's old, it's okay to sleep alone. However, the system of prepayment and then paying on site is inconvenient...
They say they'll refund your prepayment when you check out, but it doesn't happen right away, so it's a bit much.
AAnonymous UserThe room is very standard and the bed is clean.
The room is old but well-equipped. The bed in my room is facing two wire doors, which is a bit scary but acceptable.
There was no hair dryer in my room during the stay. After I told the front desk staff, they found it for me in time.
The decoration at the entrance of the store is very stylish
