"The property is very well designed, with separate sections for different functions, which makes the sleep area very quiet! No need to worry if there are too many people in one shared room!! The location is also great! There are a lot of restaurants and shops around. It’s very clean, and the bed is super big despite being in a capsule dorm. I love this place and will definitely recommend it to everyone!"

"The hotel service was excellent, and the price was very competitive. The location is great, just a short walk from the city rail station. The surrounding area is full of tall buildings, much like Shenzhen's Shekou district. There are plenty of dining options, including a hot pot restaurant that I tried. I visited during New Year's Day and explored some temples, which had a lively and authentic atmosphere."

"Compared to the one in Ueno station, it can't compete. I had to spend an extra thousand japanese coins to store my luggage for 5 hours because they were very strict on the Check-in time at 3 PM. I've traveled around quite a bit and i've never had to spend extra money to store my bags in the hotel that I have already booked and paid to stay in for the night. To me, this was very inconvenient and a little strange.Considering this is the first time it ever happened to me. And I've traveled around many countries can't think of a single one.That wouldn't let me just store my bags in the behind the counter and then let me check in later. Everybody was very polite and nice and the guy would even use his translator to tell me about the company policy. I think this place must be pretty new.So the owner is running it by the book. Overall I still enjoyed it tho!"

"This is my second trip to Japan and my first time staying at Keikyu Ex Inn Kawasaki in Kawasaki. It was an amazing stay. Close to the train and Haneda Airport. It was the perfect home base for me. I was able to go into Tokyo, Saitama, Yokohama & take day trips to explore. I would like to thank Yamasaki for her kindness during my stay. I really enjoyed talking with her. She made me feel at home. I stayed for 12 nights and she made me feel so welcome there. The other front desk staff were wonderful too. I did not get all their names but one gentlemen was so kind to take some clothing items and a pair of boots of mine that did not fit in my luggage and dispose of them. I wanted to donate it but there was no place to do that close by. I felt so welcomed there and at home. The amenities such as coffee & teas 24hrs were a nice bonus too. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my families & friends. I will definitely be back on my next visit in the winter season. I hope to see Yamasaki again too. Such a lovely lady."

"The room was quite spacious with multiple doors. The bedroom floor wasn't wood, which made it a bit cold. The toilet and shower were separate, and the shower area was strangely large. It looked like there used to be a sauna in addition to the Jacuzzi, but the equipment has since been removed. A set of lighting fixtures in the bedroom gave the room a very intimate vibe. There was noticeable dust on the tabletop. The street outside the hotel isn't very reputable at night, so if you're easily scared, it's best not to go out."

"It's a bit far from the station, but acceptable. The distance to both JR Kawasaki and Keikyu Kawasaki is similar. There's a convenience store downstairs and a shopping street nearby. The room was spacious and clean. During my three-night stay, the hotel cleaned the room once. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd consider staying here again if my itinerary allows."

"Let's start with the downsides: The room's aisle was so narrow I couldn't even open my suitcase. The shower stall was tiny; I'd bump into the walls if I wasn't careful. The soundproofing was quite poor. Now for the positives: It's cheap and close to Haneda Airport. The front desk staff were incredibly nice; they intentionally spoke slowly, knowing my English wasn't great."

"You can watch YouTube and netfli on TV! It was good to have an iron and dryer rental and try various shampoos! There was also a drink service such as coffee and ice at the front desk. The room was very beautiful."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from JR Kawasaki Station and about a 10-minute walk from Keikyu Kawasaki Station, making it ideal for those catching an early flight the next day. The rooms are a moderate size by Japanese standards. They are clean and tidy, and check-in is done via a machine downstairs with the option of video assistance from staff. The JR station is connected to a shopping mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. Kawasaki is only a 15-minute JR Tokaido line ride from Shinagawa, and it's also easy to transfer to the Yamanote Line for access to central Tokyo."

"I flew from Hokkaido to Haneda for an overnight stay, with an early morning flight the next day. So, I didn't get to use many of the hotel's facilities. However, there's one thing that truly stood out: the free shuttle bus service to and from the airport and Kawasaki Station. It ran perfectly on schedule, exactly as published, and the drivers were incredibly polite, professional, and even helped with luggage. The instructions for taking the shuttle on the hotel's website were also very accurate. Upon check-in, the front desk provides a boarding pass; make sure to keep it with you, as you'll need to show it to the driver whether you're going to Kawasaki Station or the airport. Besides catching the shuttle on time from the designated spot at T2 upon arrival, I also took a ride to Kawasaki Station after checking in. From Kawasaki Station, I took the JR to Ueno Park, which cost 440 yen one way, passing through famous stations like Shinagawa, Tokyo Station, and Akihabara along the way. In the evening, I returned to Kawasaki Station and caught the last shuttle back to the hotel exactly at 10:45 PM. The next morning, I took the first shuttle of the day from the hotel to the airport at 5:20 AM, again, perfectly on time. This kind of reliability is incredibly important for travelers. Next time, I'll definitely plan to stay for a few more days. A big thank you to all the hotel bus drivers! 🌹"
