My family and I stayed here after my mom got sick the day we were supposed to leave the area. The check in lady was very nice and our room was very clean. The leather seat from the chair was cracking and did track the material all over the room and in the bed. The pool was decently warm and the hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was decent, but not very warm. We went about midway through the allotted time. All in all, I would definitely book again.

Terrible customer service. Front desk service was terrible, rude and did not care about customer concerns. Out dated rooms, which seriously needs a make over and remodeling. . Mildew smell in room. I Do Not Recommend staying here, as I will not stay here again.

Close to everything we were in town to see and do. Employees were professional and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The hotel was quiet and the staff were friendly. The rooms were adequate and the beds were comfortable. The shower always had hot water. The hot tub was working and felt amazing. They have a dry sauna but we did not experience that because nobody turned it on. If they did, it was still cold. The location is great. Next to the outlet mall and antique/craft mall, close to restaurants and gas station.

The property is clean and well kept. The bases of teh beds make a ton of noise with teh littles movement. We had a good laugh when we got up Saturday morning and there was no shower curtain liner. A slight oversight by house keeping. No biggie! The staff was always pleasant.

They are remodeling and what is done so far is very nice. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. The morning clerk was very friendly and interacting with the guests.
