The Fullerton Hotel Sydney

Advantages: 1. The hotel is in an extremely advantageous location. You can walk to many attractions. It is very convenient to take a taxi or take a bus. There are large shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby.  2. All the employees we met during our week were very friendly and enthusiastic, and the service experience was very good.  3. The price of ordering food in the room is reasonable and not more expensive than that of restaurants outside. 4. Although the room is old, the TV is large and new. 999 has instructions on how to cast the screen on the phone, which is very convenient for us to watch variety shows. 5. The room cleaning staff is careful and attentive, and will give more different items according to our needs. Disadvantages: The only shortcoming is the facilities in the bathroom. The green glass used in the bathroom is the kind of glass commonly seen in domestic express hotels, which does not look upscale enough. The faucet for washing hands is too old, and the faucet is often accidentally twisted off. The shower control in the shower room is also very difficult to use. It requires skills to successfully switch to the handheld shower mode, otherwise you can only use the overhead shower. The hotel should upgrade the bathroom as soon as possible. Summary: This hotel is highly recommended. Overall, it is worth the price and the whole stay was very enjoyable.

Not bad, but I was too pressed for time and didn’t have a good experience of the hotel.

The Centennial Post Office Building used to be the Westin Hotel but has now been changed to the Fullerton Hotel. The hotel environment is comfortable and quiet. The front desk service is good. It is in a good location next to Martin Place. It is very convenient to walk to various attractions in downtown Sydney. The space is quite large, clean and comfortable. The only small complaint is that the breakfast variety is not large and it is almost the same every day. The Twilight Canapes (twilight snacks) in the executive lounge at night are much worse than other 5-star executive lounges. There is only one hot food, which is very simple. The afternoon tea is not bad and worth recommending.
